Honestly, it's pretty easy to sell a home in this market. Prices are inflated, interest rates are low, and housing inventory is almost a thing of the past. Our average time on market has went from 3 to 6 months to 3 days in a lot of cases. In this kind of market, as the market gets hotter and inventory goes down, the number of new and unexperienced agents go up.
