This company put a fence in at my parent’s house and they did an awful job and were not easy to work with. The fence was not level, with some of the bottom being more than a foot off the ground. We had dogs, one being a puppy, so that much space would not okay. Many of the fence boards did not match at the top. They were all supposed to have the corners cut off, like the top of a typical fence board but some didn’t have the corners cut off at all or they were uneven. We had 3 gates, one was 8 inches off the ground, and the other 2 would get stuck on the ground when we opened them. My parents

Do NOT use this fence builder! We are so disappointed that he did not stand behind his word. The sub-contractor he had did not build a good sturdy privacy fence for the more than $4,000 we paid. The holes were not big or deep enough and the gates are a mess. It took many attempts to get him to come back as we could stand and make the entire fence line wobble. We kept calling him to finally get our posts reset and when they did come they left huge ugly chunks of concrete for us to deal with. He said he would check back with us regarding our satisfaction but never did, and we are definitely not satisfied

The owner does not seem to care about his customers. I finally gave up after over 3 weeks of back and forth trying to get him to repair my fence. He quoted me $300 to replace about 6 feet of fence which I agreed to because it was an urgent fix since the property is a rental. I communicated this very clearly and despite that, he continuously ignored my e-mails attempting to get updates. The most I would ever hear is that "We'll try to see if we can squeeze it in on x day" but then the day would go by with no work done, no update, and no explanation given. Today is now Wednesday and I still haven
