Critical: Professionalism, Value
Had Jon build my deck two years ago. Was friendly and accommodating at first but when 3 of my bannisters broke and foundation deteriorated he told me he no longer worked for Midwest fencing and deck.

They build a good fence. But don't call Jon for any kind of repair work. He won't give a clear estimate and then pads the bill with labor. There is no way that it took 6 hours to replace one post. $500 bill with less than $70 in materials is ridiculous.

John and his team are wonderful!! They took their time and listened to our wants. They did a great job and always pleasant! Quality service all around!! Our screened in deck and lighting looks fabulous and we couldn’t be happier!! I would highly recommend them!!

Received Jon in my house for a quote, I also provided measurements and drawings for reference. I never got the quote, when I called he said to me I didn't want a quality project so he did not send it. After I called and left messages 3 time.
After another call he agreed to give me a ballpark estimate before doing a full quote, but I haven't heard from him since. And all that right after he did my neighbor's deck. Way to go!
