Blaes Environmental Management
Blaes Environmental is a professional environmental consulting firm with over 25 years of experience specializing in a wide range of technical consulting services for underground storage tanks (UST/LUST) and industrial facilities in urban and remote locations. Blaes Environmental has completed over 600 environmental consulting projects and over 1,800 project tasks in Arizona and the western United States.

We are known for our pragmatic, cost-effective petroleum hydrocarbon release site assessments and remediation services. Our goal is to continually provide technically proficient and thorough environmental consulting services that meet the needs of our clients and improve the condition of the subsurface environment.
Services
Blaes Environmental employs highly qualified geologist, engineers and geological engineers that have dedicated their professional career to the investigation and remediation of soil and groundwater contaminates associated with UST/LUST sites. Our professionals complete fully comprehensive Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) reports to generate resourceful and practical remediation tactics.
Exceptional investigating is the keystone to the procedures, clean up and management of remediation. Blaes Environmental personnel are diligent in their duty to develop applied or innovative strategies for removing pollution or contaminants in our soil, groundwater, atmosphere, sediment or surface water for the general protection of human health and the environment.
In contrast to other environmental firms Blaes Environmental owns and operates our remedial equipment. We have oxidizers, air sparge systems, multi-phase extraction trailers equipped with groundwater air strippers, bioventing blowers, free product and groundwater pumping systems and other soil and groundwater equipment to aid in cost effective remediation projects.
A cornerstone of Blaes Environmental's consulting service is our work associated with underground storage tanks. Many petroleum hydrocarbon releases into the subsurface soil and groundwater are first discovered during the underground tank removal process.

Given the significance of the findings resulting from the tank removal process, Blaes Environmental takes great care to provide the highest quality investigation during each underground tank removal program.
Environmental legislation is paramount in response to a perceived need to eliminate, limit or at least control the damaging effects of products and by products of our industrial society on all aspects of our environment. The consequence of an investment in real estate property by an investor could be an environmental clean-up directive or judgment that is far in excess of the investment made or even the value of the real estate.
