I found VM3 through Yelp and was very impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. I was able to schedule someone to come out to our condo within a week to test for asbestos. Jake came out and was very helpful and answered all of my questions, outlining how the testing would work and when we could expect the report. In under a week I received the results and full report and Jake took the time to review with me over the phone. I will definitely use VM3 in the future for any testing needs.

I couldn't believe it.....I went on the website Porch to get an inspection request quote for asbestos, not a minute after I finish requesting a quote, I got a call from Tim. I am super impressed by the fact that he's so prompt in calling me and not just a simple text telling me to call him like other companies. Guess the phrase "you snooze you lose" goes great with this situation, right? Anyways, Tim was a very pleasant gentleman to speak with. VM3 came out to our house because we had a leak from a bathroom down into our garage. Some of us were not feeling well, so we wanted to make sure there wasn't a mold problem. After inspecting and air testing the area, we were told that there was no problem. Highly recommend VM3 if you're concerned about mold. They seemed very honest and we got our reports back a lot faster than I expected.
