The Silver Birch was built on the shores of beautiful Half Moon Lake in 1903 by Matt Nick. For years it has served as a beautiful, relaxing haven for local friends and visitors from afar. Today we welcome you to our Silver Birch, and we hope you will find our food, drinks and hospitality some of the best in the Northwoods. Thank you for a great night of service and food! The staff couldn’t have been nicer and helpful. Liz, you are a great chef… my pork shank fell off the bone and my husband’s prime rib had the best flavor! We will definitely be back, very nice atmosphere!!

Me my cousin son and boyfriend went here last night it was absolutely beautiful the decor was perfect for the holiday the staff was so amazing and friendly and welcoming we’ve had a cabin in Tomahawk my whole life and I’m so happy to see how it’s grown definitely will be eating here again they were so accommodating to my 2 year old son and the service was amazing thanks Silver Birch AND THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS WORTH THE MONEY

Terribly slow service. We waited over an hour for food, in very uncomfortable chairs, and when it arrived, it was mediocre at best. They have more tables than their chef can accommodate in a timely manner. Also overpriced.

We've come here multiple times in the past BUT This was the single worst dining experience we have ever had.
Sat for an hour at the bar after our reservation time... we then waited well over an hour at our table and still didn't even get our salads with nearly empty dining room and multiple servers milling around, our server told us that they hadn't even started our food yet so we decided to leave and they handed us the check for our round of drinks... we will absolutely not be back

My husband and I went with a group of our friends to The Silver Birch on Memorial day weekend . The staff was wonderful and the food was delicious! They went out if their way to make our experience good! Special kudos to our waitress she was a sweetheart. And the owner who was so accommodating⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
