Keep brake premises times, waited over 2 hours. Finally came but demand almost double service fee than quote. I am so upset & refused. Threat to charge cancellation fee. Very unreasobable & unprofessional business mind. Finally a towing driver left without towing. I called another towing company with fast & keep premises.

Wish I can give negative star.
The worst service I’ve never had. First, a customer service with Indian accent hang up my phone because I keep asking question for clarification. Second, they keep delay the job due to “unpredictable” situation: from Friday PM, Saturday AM, Saturday PM, to gods know when. Third, I cannot have the manager and customer service’ name, who hang up my phone again. Lastly, this is a company or agent full of excuse, lack of training, lack of responsibility.

Great sevice, on time, best price, friendly, half the price of other companys. He is very knowledgeable, he told me that my alternator was was bad, and how to get it fix. Definitely call if you need a tow. They even gave me info on how to fix my car.

Had an oil leak for my BMW and Ben quickly came to the rescue. He was right on time, and took care of everything perfectly. We were referred to them by AAA and would absolutely ask for them by name next time. I am totally satisfied with the service and how quickly I was able to get the help I needed. My car was protected for the tow and I felt very comfortable while riding passenger in the tow truck.

Once my car was at the repair shop - he even called to let me know who the service guy was. These guys were nice, fast, helpful, and professional - even recommended a place to get another battery.

Very very reliable! I locked my keys in my car and they came right away. From the minute the call started checked in with me and kept me updated. When he got to the location made sure I was out of the way of traffic and I was safe. Was knowledgeable about the car and directed me what to tell the mechanic.

Called AAA this morning as our car was "done" in the driveway and needed a tow. Simon from Best Price Glendale Towing arrived in 30 mins - was super polite and very knowledgeable, offering advice above and beyond the situation. Peace of mind knowing our car will get where it needs to be for servicing. I was so happy I got a local driver who knew good services to help me out.

Seems like Best Price Glendale Towing has an excellent employee like Jason. He provided excellent service through AAA for me today and replaced a dead battery. He was there within 5 minutes, and took care of everything within another five minutes. He was cheerful and helpful. He showed me all the diagnostics so that I would know I truly needed a replacement.

Had to get one of my company vehicles towed to the shop this morning and Jason from Best Price Glendale Towing came out and did a real great job. Quick, courteous, and knowledgeable new exactly what he was doing. Best Price Glendale Towing is lucky to have such an awesome customer service oriented employee. Rip off! Stay away! They gave me a quote over the phone and once they dropped off the vehicle, they wanted 6X's more that amount! $1,130 to take a 4 door f350 from Pasadena to Glendale! I didn't want to pay that amount and he threatened to impound the vehicle, I called the cops, he was unmarked, had no name on shirt, and now we're going to take them to court! Stay away.
