Your hands deserve to be pampered by JT Nails. The basic manicure plus a Baobab Body Butter for supple, softer, smoother, and more tone looking ski. Also, included is a dip of warm, deep moisturizing paraffin wax. Recommended for extra dry hands. A relaxing manicure that includes nail trimming and shaping, cuticle detailing, hot towel wrap, a hand massage, and polish of your choice.
While prices are sticking to the more expensive side (let's be honest, most salons are upping prices, especially on pedicures) this was easily the best salon experience I have had. Being at least $20 less than my usual salon that is much further away, this is my new "go to" nail salon in my area. The salon itself is extremely clean and focuses less on the traditional set up.

Updating my review after being a regular for 4 years. This is the only place I will get a gel manicure. I have since moved 35 minutes away but still come atleast once a month. I always call and make an appointment, you're going to wait if you try to walk in especially now that only every other seat is used, which I appreciate them still taking COVID precautions. Always clean, Tina is such a nice owner and is always on the floor making sure everyone's having a nice time. They used to play HGTV or the animal channel which I really appreciated but lately it's been law and order SUV

I was been looking for a nail salon around Central Falls, and I failed miserably! There was always something wrong with the places I went, either the technicians did not take their time with my nails, so the final product was not good, or they would hut my cuticles so bad, I would have to hold my tears. But then I found this jewel of nail salon. Everytime that I go to get my nails done, they do a great job. So, if you are looking for a place to go, look no further, THIS IS IT!

Had an appointment for a pedicure. Sat for an hour with my feet in the water. After an hour, I couldn’t wait any longer so I went to leave. The girls at the front desk were very apologetic the owner seemed like she couldn’t care less and I was a burden to her. Would not recommend this place to anyone awful customer service can’t speak to the pedicure because I never got one

I've been coming here for the last year or so and I see Tina or Nina, though I've seen other technicians and they all do a great job. I am always happy with my dip manicure, it lasts for 3-4 weeks. The pedicures are heavenly and I get gel polish that lasts 6+ weeks! Highly recommend, it's clean, and comfortable.

Charged me 90$ for a full set of acrylics for
Just colored polish no design. A literal rip off. Left nail polish on my finger/ cuticle. And didn’t file
The acrylic right on the nail so left with bumps. And some of the nails were different length than the opposite corresponding fingers. Overall would never recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately , I decided to book an appointment for my mother's birthday. I specifically picked a certain service for her. The day before her appointment they called to make sure she was still going to show up. The next day she shows up and they could no longer provide her with the services I had requested (the only reason I booked her appointment here). When I called to ask why they didn't inform me about the issue, the receptionist tried to tell me they ran out of the product right before my mother showed up to her appointment. Ok...I never rave like this about a nail salon buuuut...This place is amazing!! A previous nail salon did a horrible job on my acrylics and I couldn't find a salon to fit me in today. I found JT Nail Spa and I am extremely impressed.
The most perfect set of nails EVER. Stephen was my nail tech and did an amazing job and made sure my nails were exactly how I wanted them. His wife applied my gel color with exceptional precision! Will be going here for all my nail needs from here on out!!

I had high hopes for this highly recommended salon near my house. For my first visit I waited about 20 minutes after my appointment to be seen. They were very busy and brought me to a spare room. There were no supplies to do my nails in that room so the male nail tech had to keep leaving to gather them. He never made eye contact and barely communicated with me the entire time. While doing my gel nails, other nail techs would come and admonish him for taking the supplies and take them and then he had to leave again to track more down. I felt like I was a less valued client. I wanted to come in yesterday- called they said they were booked. Made me an appointment for today at noon. Got in at noon and the reception said I wasn't on the book. I showed her my phone and the 6 times I called day prior before they answered. I finally got in. Deluxe Pedicure was expensive and bland. I mean the service here is truly lazy, for lack of better description. Which is odd bc I came years ago when they first opened and loved my one visit then.

Great nail place, they always do a really great job! i went the other day around 6pm (a suggested appointment time, they close at 7) for a full set of acrylics. although the person doing my nails still completed a very thorough and well done nail set i felt very guilty being there so late. it was very clear he no longer wanted to be there and was very tired. i tipped as best as i could but i still just felt so guilty, my only recommendation to the place is dont book so late!! it doesn't seem fair to the employees.

Had a few really good experiences with Henry and other nail techs that took their time and were respectful. Recently though the customer service has been terrible. I came in for an appointment and the nail tech was arguing in the lobby with owner about not being able to do the work I requested. Asking me to change the nail color I chose 3 times because either didn't have it or she couldn't do it. Anyways, I was horrified they would allow this to occur.

A coworker suggested that I go here to get a dip. So a friend and I decided to give it a try. The place inside was nice. They had a lot of colors to choose from so that's always a plus. My friend and I sat on the side of each other which was nice so we could chat. Her person was very personable, mine not so much. She seemed to be doing a pretty good job until she burned my cuticles with the drill and she nicked me and didn't even say I'm sorry! How Rude (Stephanie Tanners voice)!! Gel mani & regular pedi cost $60 which is well priced. I had Lynn & she did amazing on my nails. I really like the space here as it's well lit & clean. The pedi massage chairs are comfy & softer on massages than other rough chairs I've been in. I also like the location & accessibility to different businesses such as Jacky's Galaxie for lunch after a mani/pedi date w/my friends.
