Simmonds’s real estate went above and beyond working with us not only to manage our property in Cibolo Texas as a rental but also in assisting us to sell our home when the time came. Me and my family worked with Trish Coleman. She was she sweetest, it was very important to her to find us a home that truly made us happy right when walking in. I would give Simmonds Real Estate 6 stars if I could! We started working with Simmonds in 2016 as property management for our rental in Cibolo after we had been managing the property on our own. After the experience of our tenants having an emergency with the property while we were on vacation, we spent many precious hours of our vacation trying to coordinate repairs with our tenant, we decided to find a property manager. We have been renting off & on for the past 8 years due to job relocation. We rented for 2 years and while the building owner did not put effort to maintain the building (HVAC system in attic had holes in the ducting CPS was $300++ for a 900sq ft townhome. Basically we were cooling the attic, rotting doorframes, etc) Simmonds was always polite, helpful, & vigilant when it came to our work request. As property managers they were excellent, the condition of the buildings they're payed to manage is another story.

This had to be the WORST real estate company EVER. If you want a company that does not care to resolve your issues regarding safety and harassment then this is the company for you. They lie about resolving your concerns only to manipulate your lease against you. They do not care to hold up to their lease agreement and they take money out of your deposit for things that have already been taken care of prior to the move out and when we tried to get an appointment to see them they keep ignoring our calls. And do not believe the owners AIR FORCE VETERAN spill it's all a show. Definitely felt racially

Ladies running the office are fairly short on the phone, rude and impersonable. Called them back and they didn't realize that they had already picked the phone up and I heard them speaking poorly of applicants and owners, alike. First off, I moved to Selma May, 2015. I contacted Simmonds Real Estate in regards to home they listed for lease. The transaction to move in was smooth, but the deposit I felt was very hefty just to file an application. Oh, well, it served as the security deposit. Simmonds R.E. was very attentive to maintenance requests. The property needed new flooring when I moved in, but did not want to be inconvenienced during my tenancy. This should have been addressed prior to my move-in, but I will credit them with not having time. They could have told me the flooring was bad prior to moving in rather than
