Detailed research is performed on each potential tenant including income verification, past rental history and a credit and criminal background check. Prospective tenants also have to meet our own Credit Criteria to be approved.

Andrea Gimblet is the best! She guided me through buying my first home, and while it was a bumpy road (not because of anything she did) she was with me every step of the way - even playing therapist when I called her crying that my financing fell through! She’s very experienced and well versed investing and real estate as a whole. I would absolutely recommend her and in fact, I’m working with her again right now to buy a second home as an investment property.

I highly recommend working with Larissa Salazar at Real Estate Muses. In the span of two weeks I needed a home, and not residing in the San Antonio area made it much more difficult.
I told her what I wanted/needed and within a couple of days she visited several homes for me and I was able to close out on a contract.
