Their driver cut me off this morning driving down the road and gave me the finger and yelled profanities at me. Very unprofessional company that should never be used. Would you want these people working at your house around your children? What would happen if you upset him at your home and there’s nobody to protect you when he loses his temper?

We've used Stevenson Plumbing before with great results. Recently, I called to schedule someone to come out but got their voicemail. In the meantime, I scheduled someone else to come out. However, even after learning that I had scheduled another plumber, the Stevenson rep asked questions and helped me over the phone to see if he could talk me through the issue. A few hours later, he even called back to follow up. I thought that was some above and beyond customer service even knowing that I had a different plumber scheduled to come out. I was definitely impressed by that.

We have been fighting with a broken garbage disposal and backing up pipes for a couple weeks. We finally decided to call a specialist. He was in and out in less than five minutes! Understood what the problem was and fixed it without any fuss! I know who I am calling next time I have an issue. Wish I had called him from the start.
