Dillon Woolsey first listened to me to determine what needed to be accomplished. He prepared the sink and dishwasher in preparation for a countertop installation. His professionalism and plumbing expertise allowed for quick completion of the job at hand. I used this company to unclog a drain line that was severely stopped up. They had to auger from both the inside of the building and the outside of the building. It took a while to work through the clog and flush the line clean but they stayed with it and were very careful not to cause an unreasonable mess. I would most certainly use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a plumbers service.

Need a plumber? I recently used Wooten Plumbing and Utilities out of Sapulpa to fix a plumbing issue in my home and their service was 1st class. Wooten's is a small independent low overhead company that charges reasonable rates and expert service. Their servicemen are polite, professional and arrive when they say they will. I have used the large high overhead plumbing companies out of Tulsa, won't be doing that again.

Toilet valve was siezed and I could not break it loose without further damage. I called Wooten Plumbing and Dillon came out and updated my old, siezed valve within an hour of me calling. He is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I will definitely be using Wooten plumbing in the future.

If I could leave negative stars I would. My dad got a quote from Wooten in Sapulpa to install a covert under their driveway. It was a $4,000 quote which is INSANE for digging a hole. He has dementia and they took full advantage of him. I took over the process after he already paid their $100 fee to literally drive a mile down the road to look at a driveway. I ended up getting it done by another local company for only $400. They were going to charge him 10X that amount for the same job! And my dad was going to pay it because he doesn’t know any better and gets confused easily.

We had a problem arise with the water heater and contacted Wooten. They were very responsive and scheduled an appointment based on our schedule. The technicians arrived promptly at the scheduled time and diagnosed the issues. Based on the problem and our choices we decided on a new water heater which they said they could get and install the same day. Since the water would need to be shutoff to also replace an aged valve it was needed to delay installation until all other homeowners in the condo complex could be notified. On scheduled installation day the technicians arrived as scheduled and removed

I had several plumbing items that needed to be fixed. The office staff was very nice when I made appointment. A gentlemen named Dillion came out and was very nice and professional. He wore safety items and even put on shoe covers before entering my home. I did not feel rushed when I asked several questions about the repairs. Dillion was very patient and fixed everything I asked him to fix. It was a positive experience and I would highly recommend Wooten. I will be using them in the future.

They will be bringing out their camera Monday (my request due to personal reasons, they'd have been here today had I been available) to take a look into my lines and we will go from there.

Their online form sent my request for a free estimate to an inactive email account. When I finally called them, the attitude was that it was my fault their email address was incorrect, and the free estimate had become a $57 service call that would be applied to any billable service. When a service technician called a few minutes latter to hear about the project, he was impatient and promised a return call to schedule a visit; call never received.
