Willow Health Care is a not-for-profit organization with a governing 7-member Board of Directors. Willow Health Care originated in 1976, a culmination of efforts made by the Willow Springs Chamber of Commerce and its membership. In 1978 Willow Health Care incorporated as a 501(c) 3, and secured funding with the assistance of the membership through multiple fundraisers.
Presently, Willow Health Care has facilities in 5 communities throughout Southern Missouri, Willow Springs, Mountain View, West Plains, Ozark, and Rogersville, Missouri. At Willow West Apartments tenants live in their independent apartments, each apartment has its own kitchenette, common area, bedroom, and bathroom. We encourage our clients to personalize their apartments with cherished possessions, photographs, and mementos, where appropriate and to get to know their neighbors.
At Mountain View Healthcare we specialize in short-term rehab, the vision of Mtn. View Healthcare is to care for each of our patients, mind, body, and spirit. Our mission is to help each patient achieve their goal, return home safely, as quickly as their body will allow.
Keeping families informed of progress and change is a top priority for our team, therefore each family works closely with our Social Service Director to ensure this is accomplished.Rehabilitation Services include physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and aquatic therapy. Rehab services are available 7 days a week, depending on each patient and their needs.

Park Place Apartments is an assisted living facility designed for people who require varying levels of personal and medical care. Each apartment in the assisted living community is a studio apartment with a fully stocked kitchenette. Three meals a day are provided and served in a communal dining area to promote socialization, housekeeping, and laundry services are available.

This is the most beautiful and clean facility in our area! The landscape was well sculpted with a huge array of bright blooming flowers.We were impressed at the activities. The residents were playing bingo and the door to the sauna tub had a sign IN USE. There are many sitting rooms with large tvs and room for visitors. There is a full coffee snacks and soda buffet for residents at all times. I have had several loved ones here and if you know this type of need there are shortages and GOOD WORKERS always in demand. We are very thankful they had a room ready for our friends!
