This company, specifically the employee named Milton, utilizes abrasive sales tactics and is unreliable.
I called them Friday to set up a logistics service for Monday and Tuesday. I have an email from an employee named Milton, sent at 8:31PM on Friday, advising that "We are all set for Monday".
Saturday, while I was out of town, he e-mails me and says that "They must hear from me by 6:00PM or else they won't be able to help me."
This morning, Monday, I arrive thinking that I had booked a competent company to assist me with moving a 50k sq. ft. facility, only to find that I would not be able

Carter was great. Helped me secure a load home and when an issue at the shipper came up due to the shipper's error, he helped secure another with a better rate for the inconvenience and no down time for the driver. Very helpful and personable which is not often the case with brokers. I will definitely look to book more loads with Allied and Carter specifically .
