Hewitt Engineering Inc. provides a wide variety of floodplain management and drainage design services. These services vary from floodplain determinations for individual lots to regional watershed master planning studies. We have prepared numerous Letter of Map Amendments (LOMAs) submittal packages to FEMA to remove property from the floodplain that is currently shown within the floodplain.
Hewitt Engineering Inc. provides engineering services throughout the site and land development process. These services include feasibility studies, site layout and the preparation of Development Site Plans through final construction documents for both private and public development projects. Our clients have included individuals, corporations, city and county governments, schools and non-profit organizations.
Hewitt Engineering Inc. has recently designed three reclaimed wastewater ponds and pump stations for projects in the City of Kerrville. These ponds receive reclaimed wastewater from the City of Kerrville to be used for irrigation purposes. The three separate projects. This project consisted of preparing plans and specifications for over 8,200 linear feet of 6-inch reclaimed wastewater lines across the Schreiner University campus.
