Mr. Crystle has extensive jury trial experience in both Lancaster and Philadelphia and is a member of both the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. In 2014, he was elected as a Director by the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
The client was charged with first-degree murder in a shooting on South Ann St. in Lancaster in 1999. The client was alleged to have fired from the ground floor of a building, behind some bushes, at several people fleeing the scene. The shots resulted in one fatality. The Court was persuaded to find the client not guilty through a strong argument that the defendant was never outside, never fired a shot, and was instead the victim of an assault.

Doesn't return phone calls. I feel like I'm more of a burden than a client. I've called several times this month and no return call but I recommended someone to him and found out he would return his call right back so I call and nothing so now he loses me and my friend as clients. So done wasting my time with this guy but read on and see for yourself. Apparently this is a habit. The gentleman below says it perfectly. He puts on a show to get you signed up and then see ya! Harder to get a hold of than a deadbeat dad.

I agree with last reviewer, Valerie. He is worse than bad. He will put on a good show to get you "signed up" with him & get your money. But after that: forget about it. He won't return phone calls or emails. If you ask him something or tell him something important and ask him to get back to you. Days and days will go past with no response. Then say 5 days goes past with no reply and you email him again: watch out, how dare you contact him again. He is unethical. He raised the amount I was supposed to pay right in the middle of things without notice or anything, even thou we had a written contract
