Services
Should you retain our office to represent you in your family law matter, that consultation fee is a credit on your account and will be applied to the total fee that the attorney discusses with you during your consultation. Generally, family law consultations last approximately an hour, but each client has different needs and the attorney is careful to address those needs during the consultation.

ALWAYS reliable, and someone there is always available- even if your attorney is not... The "secretaries" there each might as well have their law degrees because they are JUST as helpful and willing to do whatever's necessary to help... Every single time my family has needed anything, they've come thru with a better outcome than what it wouldve been...

I contacted Doug Cody and Assoc. on 7-27-15 to request representation for my son who's previous attorney had been fired 2wks prior. His set court date is 8-25-15. I asked if this would give enough time. Doug Cody's secretary called back stating "Doug Cody would be happy to see my son, review his case, and then would contact me to discuss fees and if he would be able to help at this point. But, a prior balance and a $50 deposit would need to be made prior to doing so." Previous balance paid the week of 7-27-15. We were informed that an associate would be seeing my son that Friday
