I bought a couch from them. Was promised delivery at the end of the month. It took 4 months for delivery. Never received a phone call , to let me know it would be delayed. Then they promised to returned the delivery charge, but to this date, i never received it. They never kept their word for the second time. I give it three stars, only because I like my couch, but don't like how they do business. Will never do business with them again.

We brought my mother in to purchase dining room chairs. Our original salesperson, not MARK (notice the CAPITALIZATION), helped us with helpful professionalism. We returned to purchase more furniture. She was interested in a pair of reclining sofas. This time MARK (the capitalization is my way of calling him an expletive) helped us. He is perhaps the rudest individual I've ever met. Despite this, my mother purchased two sofas. It took an exorbitant amount of time to be delivered. They also sold us on a worthless insurance policy that covered " just about anything" you could

I am so disappointed with the sofa set that I purchased here a few years ago. They have NOT held up well at all. I was promised that their furniture is grade A quality. This is so not true!! These people are hustlers with a racket going on. I paid for an upgrade to a better grade of foam for the sofa cushions and did not receive that. In fact, I was frauded by these jokers. I also paid extra to have the foundation of the 4 pieces built higher than the original display. I did not receive this upgrade either. Excellent interior design advice and guidance from Mary, she helped size and select all rooms in the house; could not have done it without her. Fantastic selection of all types of furniture for any room/s; two very large display warehouses with plenty of every kind/type of furniture to view and try. Very customized and personalized, no pressure. Wow! I was referred to them by a friend who had just gotten a bedroom set and sofa delivered. I saw their virtual tour on their website and was inspired to go check it out in person with the awesome things I saw! Getting there, it was a cool vibe and that small business level of attentive service despite how super busy they were.
I had shopped around including to Ethan Allen around the corner looking for quality and I found it here instead, with a better price!

After my parents got the worst experience with Bob's Discount Furniture in Oxnard, My parents and I stopped WSW expecting nothing at all. To be honest I was hesitant on going here but, my mom kept pushing about going taking a look.
To my surprise, this place have a lot of selections! They are great qualities and affordable prices. The staff here are professional and friendly. Ryan helped us with our purchase couch and 2 end tables. They were able accommodate us with same day delivery since we were 10 min away from the store.

Exceptional quality and very competive on pricing. Staff goes above and beyond to help with design inspiration and customer service. It was delivered as promised. What is unique about them is that they don’t just have cookie cutter sofas and dining sets. You can completely customize your choices and the selection has many artisan and unique pieces, plus some very cool new Art that really gave the space personal touches and personality. I didn’t think I could get all my choices, but then they showed me their easy financing and made it possible. You’ll love that place!

You did tell that it's 90 same as cash deal however you conveniently forgot to mention the interest rate is 100%. Now that's unethical and maybe even illegal. I am not embarrassed not making the payment in 90 days. I took a vacation from the holidays and didn't get back from to US until beginning of February.
Now if you were an honest business man and enclosed the facts i would have put all $3200 in my platinum American Express and that would have been the end of the communication.
I don't know if you get a kick back from Simple Finance when you trap people into this scam

My experience was exceptional. Personalized service from Ryan made the difference. I remodeled my home and he helped me design exactly the look I wanted. I now have the most beautiful Amish made dining table , that is compliment anytime walks int my home . A bedroom set, bar stools..

WDW kept showing up on my Facebook newsfeed. I was loving all the couches that they were showing so we decided to go check it out. The place was huge and offered a verity of furniture. We ended up finding an entertainment center along with a supper comfy sectional couch! The prices were amazing compared to other furniture stores in Ventura. The sales department was amazing and friendly and not pushy at all. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back for more!

In 2012 we went to this place to order a sectional sofa for our beach house. The salesman, Mark, showed us a vinyl couch he said would be easy to clean and work great with wet bathing suites.
The vinyl cloth was really thin and looked cheap and when I mentioned that to him he said "Don't worry for $99 I can sell you Ultra Shield.It's an insurance policy for the couch. No matter what happens to the material they replace it for you. It seemed like a good idea so we bought it. We recently purchased several pieces of furniture from Ryan at WDW. We found the entire process from selecting, ordering and delivery to be flawless and actually great fun. Ryan worked with us to find the right pieces at the right price for each room. The team in his showroom all showed interest in helping us to find the right furniture, even though we were not one of his larger customers.
