My husband and I were planning to move here after the lease at the current place was up. My ex filed an eviction against me at the home I was living at to get me out awhile ago. They refused to listen or look up why I was evicted. It wasn't late payments, it wasn't for vandalism, it was to move another woman in. Refused to listen and took my $50. I have proof I paid everything on time and references to prove it. Refused to work with us. My husband told them "If you aren't comfortable with two people that pay everything on time, take me off because I won't move without my wife." Fair compensation

This place is a joke. They will scam you out of everything. We left with the place spotless but two thing not done. And they hit it to us by charging us a 1862.98.
The only thing they said that we didn’t do was fix a door and large blind.
We replaced all the light bulbs and now they charge us for 12 bulbs. A dryer start button that they said they couldn’t fix and it would be ok.
So please stay away from this place. Very disappointed in them worst apartment I have ever delt with and I lived in 4 different places.

The Pines is nice, but their management it TERRIBLE! Don’t ever have a life event happen, because they WILL NOT work with you! I missed out on one check at work and got behind on my rent. They wouldn’t work with me, and forced me to vacate my lease. I had to live in my office until I found another place! If it was possible to give zero stars, I would have! NEVER LIVE HERE!!!

This review is not for the living conditions of the apartment, the prices, or a tenents experience while living there. I had a certain amount of people call and ask about an apartment. They were each told an apartment was available. They asked for a tour of the apartment and went on separate days. When they went to tour the apartment there were certain types of people that were then told there was no apartment available. And certain other types of people were told it was still available. This experiment had a negative outcome regarding a certain demographic. So I give it one star. This is not directed

I've lived here since then end of October2015 staff is friendly an very helpful. I've lived in other apartment complexes an by far this is the best one very nice inside and out an a very quiet community. Maintenance crews are very quick about getting your needs taken care of. I would recommend anyone to live at the pines.
