Absolutely love it here! The apartment was clean and ready for move in and is very spacious for my growing family. Ashley made the process of leasing an apartment easy and stress free! She answered all my questions without ever seeming bothered or annoyed (even though I had ALOT of questions.) She is very friendly and makes leasing from here very enjoyable!

I've been here 2 years. The management has changed a couple of times but the new staff seems to want to improve the place. Ashley takes good care of us. They keep the grounds clean and well maintained. I've never seen a roach or any pests as they have a company come in quite often to spray the apartment. My only complaint would be that all the apartments have floating wood flooring. I have older carpet, with that being the worst thing to be said we are in good shape! I would like to see some storm shelters put in one day too. I think everyone here would pay a little more rent for a few shelters

Thank you Sandee for being such a great manager, I will miss living here so much and will move back if and when possible! Truly how apartment living should be, from the all inclusive packages to having such amazing management, made it truly a stress free environment, from move in to check out! Honestly the only issue I ever had living there was "Morgan Strange" being a horrible attached neighbor (the type that pushed EVERY boundary, screaming all day, playing trance music at top volume until the minute quiet time started, leaving her car running in the parking lot with music blaring), seriously

I would just like to say that I have lived here at Country Club Villas in Pryor Oklahoma for 3 months now and I must say it's been great, it's quiet the grounds are well kept and the price is great, the management is awesome Ms Sandee well you couldn't ask for a nicer person.We have had no problems what so ever with the owners or management. I have to say tho i have had some problems with a nosey drama neighbor in 105B a constant complainer and a stirrer of the pot, and a few others in there that have constant complaints too but the ones complaining are friends with each other so that explains

I've lived here for about 5 years. This is a decent apartment complex, no one bothers me, and I feel very safe here. The apartment manager is always helpful and friendly. She works very hard to make sure this stays a nice place for residents. Any repairs that have been needed are usually attended to the day I make the request, or the next day at the latest. She may not always answer the phone when I call(she's a busy manager) but she always calls me back even when I don't leave a message . I would definitely recommend this complex as your next home.
