BEWARE! Do not rent from this company especially @ the Park17 Apartments in Edmond. I lived there for over a year and during more than half of that time I had a horrible leak that would flood my living room anytime it would rain. It took more than 6 months to get it fixed and the lack of communication throughout the entire process was insane. I asked for months for a rent reduction and finally the 4th month in they gave us a $100 dollar credit on our rent. They repeatedly sent maintenance men into my home without my notice including one time two men were lifted onto my balcony & another when I
