My name is Chip Adams and I am the owner/broker of Adams Family Real Estate. I have been selling Real Estate in the Oklahoma City market for over 10 years. My first year of selling Real Estate in 2007 I was named Rookie of the Year at Keller Williams. I, like most, heard of Adams Family Realty through radio advertising. At first, I thought this may be too good to be true. However, with my mom working in real estate for 25 years, I knew real estate was indeed an internet driven business. I met with Chip and he walked me through the process and it was as simple as he says it is. I had my home on the MLS within minutes and the showings started. We’ve sold two homes previously FSBO. This time around we used Chip/Adams Family Real Estate and it was worth every penny. I had a feeling my homes features, and location would sell themselves. After speaking with Chip his reassurance of how buyers are making decisions today about home purchases really made me more comfortable about going this route. Had a showing scheduled before I could get the sign in the yard and and lockbox on the door, and an offer the next day. Chip was there along the way to answer any questions via phone or email. We had 28 showings in 30 days, and saved $12,500 off of what we would normally have to pay in realtor commissions through the sale of our house in November, 2020. We liked the idea of saving money on realtor fees, but we were not sure about FSBO. Listing with Adams Family Real Estate was the perfect solution!
