I had my first appointment with this clinic earlier today. Their "guest" chiropractor (a white person with dreadlocks) repeatedly misgendered me even though they have a section on tthe intake form for pronouns.
Appallingly, she slapped my bottom at one point as she said "Ok, roll over."
This was In. No. Way. a part of the adjustment. It was overly familiar and inappropriate touching

Kerry is exceptionally competent; the best chiropractor I've ever had. In the nearly 10 years I've been seeing him, he's never tried to BS me, pressure me into getting lifelong adjustments, or sell me snake oil. He listens, assesses, treats, and makes recommendations, all while being friendly and personable. He's a healing presence and a bargain at any price and I feel lucky to have found him. I even bring my 81 year old mom, with her degenerative spine issues to see him.

I have been seeing Dr. Kerry for almost 3 years now for my migraines, and he is very knowledgeable and very well schooled in what he does. Since I have been seeing Dr. Kerry, I no longer need to use migraine medication that makes me not be able to function after taking it. I sleep better and rarely have migraines at all anymore. Dr. Kerry is great chiropractor and I feel very fortunate to have him as my chiropractor too.

Coming from another Chiropractor, Dr. O'Neill is THE BEST. He is so warm, compassionate and an intuitive, empathethic, and brilliant diagnostician. An amazing Doctor with a terrific staff that serves the Seattle community. Dr. O'Neill is a very gifted doctor. Furthermore, it is an unbelievable value for what you get. The adjustment price is below average, and the quality of the adjustment is worth double his charge!! I wish I lived in his city. "The BEST"

I used to go to this office since I liked Dr. Kerry O'Neill. I also liked Christie (front desk). But Christie took a leave and they had a temp receptionist. The temp didn't know what she was doing and she kept misplacing my insurance information! I finally gave up going there since I just couldn't deal with the temp receptionist.

Dr O'Neil is such a cool, down to earth person, he made me feel very comfortable...I can honestly recommend him to anyone and Katie is Wonderful as well.... Dr O'Neil really takes him time explaining things so that you understand exactly whats going on. The office is amazing and it just has this relaxing feel to it.... :)

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Kerry O'Neil. I went in barely able to get around due to back pain, with my conventional doctor only recommending rest and pain killers. Kerry took a significantly long consultation to get to the root of the problem, and has spent a good amount of time getting me back to functioning normal. He is kind and informative about what is wrong, and the process to fixing it. I would highly recommend him to anyone having back pain. His prices are extremely reasonable, his office has parking, and he is AMAZING!

Me: Uh... yes, I know. That's why I'm here.
Dr: *Adjustment happens* Okay, well, come back 2 more times this week and then 1-3x a week for the next month.
Me: So... when will I not need to come in so regularly?
Dr: Oh no, you'll have to keep coming back forever.
Me: ...okay... *leaves and doesn't come back*

For 14 years I've seen chiropractors, physical therapists and pain doctors. Dr. Kerry offers friendly, individualized and Intuitive care, something that is lacking in many a doctors' "one size fits all" approach.

First time to a chiropractor and everyone there clearly already loved Dr. O'Neill -- but honestly he was amazing. I just left and already I have so much relief in my neck and shoulders. And did I mention how beautiful the office is, set in a historic home? It's perfect, I can't wait to go back. (I don't know why I've never gone for an adjustment before. Oh and they even do message therapy and acupuncture!)

Quick appointments for chiropractic adjustments. Good technology, friendly bedside manner, very practical advice, and excellent results! Dr. Kerry is great at getting your joints moving. He's NOT obsessed with getting you back if you don't need it.
The other services provided by Backfire also stand out. Massage by Chris is excellent, I can't visit enough. My partner also enjoys the acupuncture services provided by Nan. If you like eastern traditional remedies, she has just the solution (or tincture, salve or soak) for you.

Very disappointed in Backfire Chiropractic...but I guess sometimes you need more then just high reviews. Started coming here 2 weeks ago as I am playing Rugby and there are a lot of injuries that come with it. Was looking forward to having a weekly Chiropractic adjustments & Massage. Until today, when I was heading towards the office and I get a call saying my appt was at 2:15. It was at 3pm.
Being in extreme pain it was something I was not only looking forward to, but was very much needed. I scheduled out 20+ appts (massage followed by adjustments) when I was there last time and put each

I had forgotten how good it feels being re-aligned. Dr. O'Neil is a super nice guy, and their staff is friendly and helpful.
Ken is a great masseuse - he's helped alongside Dr. O'Neil to get me back to pain free life!
I'll be maintaining myself better for now on... and getting adjusted at least twice a year.
