Let me start out saying This property is the best place to stay. Mario and his wife is the best when it comes to working it out. The owner is fixing the property up more and making it comfortable to call home. It is affordable and comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone that is starting out. The carpets are filthy. The very first day our feet had so much dirt on them just from walking, we couldn't believe it. Bedbugs bit up me and my family, mold in the bathroom, prostitutes, sewage disaster, owner never there. The tub backed up everyday and the toilets overflowed. Won't compensate you for problems. The beds are old and recycled. Not new at all. The tenants are the employees. Owner dresses like homeless person. The department of health needs to do a serious inspection on this place. Clean and quiet! The grounds are always kept clean and there isn't a lot of in and out traffic. Mario the manager, is a great person and always takes care of us! John, who does maintenance for the whole place is THE BEST!! He goes above and beyond if there is a problem! Great place for the price you pay!

My family and I were in need of a place to stay temporarily while we look for a place that will work with our credit. The manager, Mario, is very nice and addresses issues as soon as possible. They were accommodating of my dog and it provided us with a place to cook and call our own for a while. I am extremely grateful for this little gem.
