We booked this hotel cause the hubby was having surgery in this area. We were looking for a place that provided some kind of breakfast and was nearby the hospital. This place did not disappoint! The HOT breakfast was yummy and made to order. The housekeeping staff always greeted me and made sure we had what we needed. Our room was always spotless. The front desk staff was so accommodating and were so willing to change our room because of an issue with the elevator! Absolutely no complaints about the place! The decor did seem a little outdated but the artwork on the wall was all from my very own

Let me start this off by saying the staff is great. They’re all very nice and funny. The bartender and staff that cooks breakfast are particularly great. The rooms are nice and room service does a good job. However, the security in the hotel is extremely poor. There are virtually no cameras, the lighting in the parking lot is very dim, and the one security guard they do have there (as of now) does not do his job. I’m currently here for work and in the span of the 5 months I’ve been here, two of my coworker’s cars have been stolen, several have had catalytic converters stolen, and one has

Driving away & I figured I'd give a review...
We only stayed for one night and overall our stay was pleasant. Staff was super nice and professional. We received breakfast and bar vouchers which was really cool.
The breakfast is fresh and made to order.
The rooms are clean and yes it is a little outdated and have a few wobbly steps but it's very clean also best hotel shower I've ever had. The water usually makes me itchy but not this one.

The staff was amazing! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was pretty good (limited due to covid restrictions, understandably!) but all of my very picky children were asking for a second breakfast sandwich!
The carpets and furniture could use some updating, but otherwise, great stay, will definitely recommend to family and friends.

After having a stay that didn't go great and posting my thoughts, General Manager Vince Magallanes reached out and was very understanding and shared his version of the events which I very much appreciated. Despite the few hiccups in service... the room was great for a family..... especially if you will be staying multiple days. The pool area is very cool (at least the view from the window). I will give Oxford Suites another try for sure. Thank you Mr. Magallanes.

Firstly, I had 3 months at The Oxford, for a work project, so I got to observe how the place runs over a relatively long time.
I am amazed, and thoroughly impressed with the staff!! Whatever
they're getting paid is not nearly enough! This is a Top Shelf staff, catering to a bottom shelf clientele, and they all do it with the utmost professionalism. I truly can't say enough nice things about this staff here. If I ever return to Lancaster, I will call the Oxford Suites home, purely because of the wonderful people who watch over the establishment.

I enjoyed my stay. The place was clean quiet and the staff was great. There is a continental breakfast available 6 to 9.
But there is room for improvement. The televisions could be larger. I would love more USB ports. My biggest criticism is the shower temperature varies from too hot to icy cold. Also parking is limited and you better be sure to lock your car.

I am impressed with the clean, quality and professional service I have received so far.
I am writing this review as I am still in room #218.
I made reservations on line which is user friendly.
My two sons, myself , dog and cat were moving into the Oxford Suites.
I sold my house and waiting for my new home to be ready to move in.
I was greeted the moment I walked into the lobby by employees.
Check-in was a breeze.
Manager quickly made contact with me by a text on my cell phone asking if I needed any thing else to make my stay a pleasant visit. I thought that was cool.

Good little 6 story hotel for business travelers to the palmdale/lancaster area. For $102 a night, it was a decent place to stay. I did not have to worry about my car being broken into as they stationed me toward the place my car can be parked and I can look out at it via my window. They're real responsive if you text them after you check in (they give you a text number). Breakfast: The breakfast burrito was just eggs some hash browns make sure to grab yourself some hot sauce or ketchup and a couple of orange juices and one of those muffins if you're trying to get full. The room itself

Spent two weeks here during the bobcat fire, I've been to many hotels and Inns, And this Has to be one of the nicest I've stayed at. The rooms are comfortable so was the bed we had a full kitchen and a separate living room area it was really nice. The staff was pleasant and always willing to help, every time I called the front desk and said I needed something they were at my door within five minutes. There are plenty of places to order around there for food and Marie calendars is right there in the parking lot which is a plus. And right across the street is a liquid bean Coffee shop that

Super clean because for me the most important thing is to sleep in clean room! I love the stuff they are so friendly! I didn't eat the breakfast or dinner but is there if you want.
Thank for everything and will be back!

When I find a very soiled construction safety vest, from a prior guest, hanging in the closet and the bathroom floor tile looks dingy, I wonder how well they clean. The hair conditioner does not pump.
What irritates me is the breakfast cook tells me loudly in front of many guests, that it is only one breakfast burrito per guest, when I ask for two somewhat small burritos. Perhaps she could find time to put out the PAM nonstick spray, so the self serve waffle maker does not stick so bad. Hmm, Does she wonder why I did not put money in her tip jar?
The reason this gets two, rather than one stars

Three freeways were closed on the day after Xmas and we were heading home from Boulder City NV with our puppy. We were stuck in traffic, with rain and snow. After being on the road for 9 hrs and only got to the LA area, we Yelped pet-friendly hotels, and were able to secure a room. Not only did they accommodate a dog, but we found out that there was free Wifi, a free dinner buffet, two free drink tickets, & free breakfast! Not to mention that they offer a Triple A discount. The reception desk staff were very friendly & helpful. The server for the buffet line was calm and pleasant; we appreciated

I'm so glad I picked this hotel. I opted to call the hotel directly and Joanna booked my stay, she was very nice and helpful.
My boyfriend is shooting a movie up here and it's a two hour drive home, so I thought it would be fun to come up and get a hotel for 2 nights. I didn't want to stay at some roach motel, but didn't want to pay too much money. At $104 a night, I think it's worth it.
Location is good, close to the 14. There is a Marie Calendar's and a gas station in the same parking lot.
Room was very clean. We got a pool view king. Room has a bed, night

It's a nice and clean hotel . This is our second time staying here. They have heated pool and jacuzzi, it looks clean but we weren't able to try it coz it's too cold and windy outside. Not sure if they serve other kind of meats on other days. They have cereals and waffles and bread. Its not bad. The dinner was okay it's free but it's okay. The reason why I took one star out

Good:
Nice location right off the freeway that was convenient. Close to soccer complex, which is why we were there.
Room was nice size, comfy bed, nice coffee maker, big shower.
Two free drink tickets per person - woohoo!! That was a very nice touch. Also included a dinner (plate of pasta with some alfredo sauce and chicken chunks and a piece of buttered bread).
Breakfast was nice - good coffee, juice, hot meals and other side dishes.
Bad:
I was charged $10 for checking in early! How tacky is that? I have never been charged at a hotel to check-in early. Either the hotel says no

I am actually staying in this place right now and there are a few problems going on. First of all, the HVAC systems don't work correctly in the rooms which is a BIG problem for me personally because I need white noise and some kind of air movement to sleep properly. So if you stay here, bring your own fan.
Second, the TVs have all the news channels in the rooms, but for some "unknown" reason, Fox News has no sound. Interesting and unsettling knowing that they are deciding which news I can watch. The people who work here seem cheerful and they do give free drinks, breakfast and

While not located in the "best" part of town, this place was surprisingly good! Quiet, friendly staff, clean rooms.
I was impressed that, not only did we get tickets for a breakfast, but they had two free drinks (beer, wine, or soda) in there little bar, and you could even get a free dinner of baked Ziti when we were there on Saturday night!
The bed was mega-firm! So if you like a hard bed, you'll be in heaven. It was too hard for my taste.
I did like the "lounger" that was in the room, rather than sofa of chairs. It was cute.
Room came with fridge and microwave
