I’ve been renting a townhouse from Eaton for 2 years. Jose, the on-site specialist, went above and beyond in helping me move out of my rental. He helped me find and coordinate any cleaning and repairs that needed to be done that were required by the owner. He also worked hard to insure minimal stress for all parties involved, and was always one step ahead with quick responses and full explanation of anything that needed to be done. 5 stars for all of Jose’s help!

As we prepared the rental to move out of, Jose was there every step of the way ensuring that we did everything we could to receive our deposit back. He was friendly, super helpful, and a pleasure to work with.

I’m a relatively new tenant with Eaton Realty and have nothing but good things to say regarding the company. They have made my transparency between old lease to my new lease very smooth. I’ve been in my rental for almost two years now and found out about two months ago my landlord was selling the property. I was distraught and thought I was going to have no time at all to move. Etc. I have three daughters and it’s not easy to just pick up and move. Rent is above the normal rate now and I was scared. Eaton realty has honored my lease and just made my transition smooth as I mentioned earlier

We had an issue with our closet shelf that came right out of the wall after hanging up our clothes. We called the office to get this taken care of and they thought we put too heavy of weight on it. However, Jose, their maintenance professional, stepped up and said he will take care of this for us. He came out the very next day despite his already busy schedule to help us! Upon fixing it, he discovered the closet shelves was missing an extra arm (as to why it fell in the first place)! He also put in heavy duty anchors. He was professional, understanding, and quick!
