George Shea I was born in 1969 in Sayville, New York. A small town located about 50 miles east of NYC on the south shore of Long Island. I was fortunate to grow up in a community rich in tradition and where everyone still knows your name. I am blessed with many wonderful memories of my hometown. As a child, my Mother had always encouraged me to play sports.

This is the second home I've asked George to sell. His knowledge of the area is remarkable and his advice on the listing price was perfect. Where his knowledge really came into play was in how he presented the offers. Both properties showed well and had multiple offers. George took the time to explain each offer, the positive and negative of the offer, and then helped us decide which was the best offer to take- the one which was most likely to close quickly without any issues. Noreen and I are very pleased with George and his team.

Cannot overstate how amazing the house hunting experience was with the George Shea Team!!! On our first visit to the area, George drove us around all day explaining the different areas and experiences among the available houses. It took them less than a month to find us a home in this insane housing market, and they we’re up at 6AM writing contracts to make it happen for us. For any family—especially the military families like mine—I’d recommend George Shea!
