The service was fine, but they took the opposite and much longer way to the hospital - I left when they did and they arrived 10 minutes after me. This is reflected in their billing so that's not cool.

First off the EMTs were awesome! It is their billing department. I called them to give my insurance information to cover the ambulance bill. I had a big argument with them because they refused to bill the correct insurance. I gave them the insurance information (Kaiser SoCal) but they said they will bill Kaiser WA instead.

Got a letter from them stating I had no insurance. So, I called them again. They want to bill Kaiser WA but I told them to bill Kaiser SoCal. They finally took the correct information and billed Kaiser SoCal.

A few weeks later I got another letter saying Kaiser SoCal denied

Tri-Med took excellent care of me during 1 minute ride from Multicare Covington Heart Institute to Multicare ER Covington which is basically next building ... LOL. They billed my insurance $1000+ for the service.
I had hypotension after stress test, I was feeling little dizzy but was totally aware of what was happening there. I’m not a medical person to judge the decision to dispatch me to ER on an ambulance for the condition I was in, but I’m thankful to be alive. ER billed $10k+ to my insurance for couple of saline bottles they put me on and few test ordered in ER. This explains why health

Yikes, I wanted to say something neutral, but I read the reviews on other sites and see that the owner goes after people. Seems a little abrasive and unkind. I hope I don't have to use them to transport my mother again. I would hate to have to complain and then be retaliated against for doing so.

Tri-Med recently transported my elderly mother from Highline to our home. Mom was a bit scared. The crew had to navigate our split level and take her up multiple stairs to get her situated in her room. Alexis and Jordan were calm, careful, and compassionate. I really liked the way they thought through every action before taking a step and made sure they were in alignment with each other. They were great with my Mom. I am grateful for them. Please pass along my kudos.

Excellent experience! Had to get my father transported from Harborview in Seattle to Post Falls, Idaho. Nurse was watching over my dad carefully the entire time & was very thoughtful with me as well.
We were quoted a much higher price from the other ambulance provider before Harborview realized that TriMed was contracted. For a 6 hour ambulance drive, I can say that the care was top notch & professional.

Tri-med cam to pick me up to take to Valley Hospial because I couldn’t breath. Of the 3 oxygen tanks not one of them work.
It was under my assumpsion the ambulance techs are suppose to check all of the equipment prior to putting the ambulance in use. These two techs didn’t. I had asked for medic 1 because me back that had rod put in 8 1/2 weeks ago and that I couldn’t breathe
I think these fleets need to be retired and the employees trained better

Just violently cut off on 405 by ambulance number 704. No turn signal. No warning. Just violently lane change and slamming on the brakes. Nearly cause 3 cars to slam into the back of him
I wonder if he saw the smoke from the tires locking up behind him. I wonder if he realized that someone behind him nearly got crushed by a semi truck that couldn't stop that fast. But I doubt anything like that mattered. Or he would have followed the law, used his signal apparently and checked his mirrors to make sure he wasn't causing a seriously dangerous situation.

I had an excellent experience with Tri Med.
Here's what happened: I had fallen in the morning and fractured my knee cap. It took all day to get treatment and, at around 11pm, Tri Med took me home from the ER. When I got home and I could not put weight on my leg, the EMTs carried me up my stairs and then they prepared my house for me. They put out flameless candles, found my flashlight, removed the runners for safety and took the pillows off of the couch so I could rest. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They were caring and compassionate. I appreciate Tri Med.

My son had to be transported by Tri-Med twice in the last year. My son is autistic and does not always react well to changes in environment, especially when he is not feeling well. The EMTs who cared for my son on both ambulance trips were exceptionally kind and compassionate. They helped my son feel safe and they eased my stress and fears, as well. Tri-Med truly sets the bar for service excellence and I am forever grateful.

Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with all of their staff in the field as well as with their office staff. Always very accommodating even with last minute changes to my schedule.
Considering the traffic nightmare these amazing people have to navigate day in and day out, they do an amazing job. Hands down best ambulance and medical transportation company around!

Great experience. Shelby with the earlobes was friendly professional and took care and patience to transfer my grandma from apartment and put in the cabulance safely. Timing was perfect so there was no wait, but we know that's not to be expected all the time since it's for non-emergency. Will use again if needed. Thanks.

I had a wonderful experience, i didn't call them for a scratched chin or try to force them to run lights and siren when it is against the law, just because i might be impatient. These guys took excellent care of me and arrived as quickly as they could seeing as they have no control over traffic or when the call is directed to them. It's a thankless job especially from those that waste their time on boo boo's when they could have just driven to a clinic rather than waste EMS resources.

Trimed headquarters is actually in kent, but great crews. They respond with the fire department for 911 calls and can also be called for minor emergencies that don't need the fire department as well as transport by wheelchair van and on a stretcher. They do not respond to 911 calls UNTIL the fire department calls for them and they cannot go lights and sirens for your booboo. They are only allowed to if instructed yup by the hospital or fd so don't get mad at them.

Unprofessional and gross. Didn't seem to care at all, took 30 min for one to arrive. They dropped me multiple times trying to carry me out. Driver took the long way around to accumulate more mileage to the hospital. Constantly hitting bumps and curves, swerving all over the road. Sat with a laceration on my chin that they basically ignored and let me bleed all over myself. I am truly disgusted with Tri-Med. If it were my son in that ambulance instead of me I would have been worried for his life. If you have any other options at all besides Tri-Med I urge you to use them. Even if it's having a neighbor
