On December 20, 2019 I took my grandson to have a dental work done. A month prior, I did all the arrangements and Pre-register him. The admissions lady got insurance info and amount out of pocket for me was $ 635.00 and set up an appointment for December 20. I receive a confirmation to show up at 7AM which I did. They have a policy first come first serve, even though I was told show up at 7am! With the appointment. Upon arrival , two walking-in's two minutes before me set us back 3 hours!!
