I tried this place cuz they had lots of open slots to get my nails filled n polished 4 Xmas! My usual place was closed... The space is nice and looks fairly upscale but they do NOT use clean tools... And they charge $40 for a fill n polish change?!?! Really??? My nails look nice but certainly nothing special at all... Also bring entertainment cuz the staff was either on their phones or dead silent... Not the best place if u like to chat...

I never write reviews ever. But I have been going to this place for years (because I like how one of the girls does my nails) but they have THE WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. To give you an example: I made appointment at the salon with the girl I usually go to. I arrive for my appointment but they forgot about it (even though I received a text reminder and it was in the system) and told me to come back another time. I told them that I left my newborn baby and planned it out so I could go at this particular time. So they stuck me with another girl who did a terrible job and hit

Its okay. In my opinion, this nail salon only caters to folks they know and who seem to be the right skin color. I arrived there after calling to inquire as to whether or not they could take a walk-in for a gel fill, of which they said yes. I arrived, no one acknowledged me until I spoke up and told them that I had phoned in earlier. They had a young lady remove my gel polish then told me that a tech was on his way to the shop to do my nails. I waited for approximately 30 minutes while ladies came in, with and without appointments, and were immediately acknowledged and serviced. When the tech arrived

Would not go again. I made an appointment and was in early so that was good but then halfway through my manicure the lady left me to do a walkin eyebrow. I went in wanting a specific style and when I asked about it three different workers seemed confused by it so I ended up just getting a basic manicure instead.

Pence and Lin gave me and my daughter the best pedicures ever! He did an awesome job getting the trash out from under my big toe and relief of the nail growing under with the clippers. The basic pedicure included a leg sugar scrub , good long soak and un- rushed massage and hot towels. I will return!

My daughter and I had an 11am appt for pedicures and fill ins. They sent us back to pedicure and I asked if it was going to be a wait and male owner said no the technicians are almost done. Well we sat in pedicure chairs for 30 min and then techs became avail, however, three other ladies were waiting in pedicure chairs for their services. What’s the point of having an appt? Won’t go back. Went to Lee nails instead and they were amazing and so meticulous.

I had received a gift card here to this business so i tried it out i called around 2 to make an appointment for 5. Got there 4:45 to sit around and wait. While i was waiting the put walk ins in chairs before me . Around 5:30 i got in a chair the lady was very rough with me and had got mad when i asked her to be a little bit easier . My friend and I made appointments at 11 on a Sunday for pedicures and I also wanted a manicure for myself. They took us back at 11 and we sat in the chairs only to wait for about 30 minutes before someone started working on our feet.

This review is based solely on the manicure I received. The young gentleman that did my pedicure did a fabulous job and I would come back again to receive his service. However, the manicure I received was horrible. I went in requesting a French ombré with dipping powder and well, received this. If you’re unable to do it correctly, I would suggest not offering the service. I keep going here for convenience sake, but I rather take my money elsewhere.
