I went and got a mani and pedi. Kim did my nails. She did a pretty good job but I wasn't happy with the pedi. I felt like it was too quick and the bottoms of my feet were rough afterwards. One thing I didn't realize until I got home was that she used the wrong nail polish on my hands then what I originally chose. Not too big of a deal because they were similar colors. Friendly staff.

Been coming here 3 years now. Kim always does my nails, I won't let anyone else touch me. I heard the last owners here were trash...i really couldn't tell you because I have only been coming since the new owners took over. Cleancb friendly, and beautiful nails. If your on a budget, these nails stay on me for a month Lol.

I went here today this was my first time trying this nail shop. The owner was there she was very friendly as well as the nail tech named Jackson. She started my nails and Jackson completed them. He was so nice and friendly. Jackson interacted with my kids offered them water he's such a gem. I wanted coffin shape and I felt like they didn't look even but it's was hard to tell because If the sparkles. So I pay $45 for a gel full set and tip $5. I have gone here 5-6 times and every time I have had Kim (who is great) EXCEPT for this last time. It was always a coincidence that I had Kim but this time I had a woman I did not know and she didn't introduce herself. She was answering phone calls on her personal cell phone, texting and never accepted my invitations to conversation.
Not only that, but it took OVER AN HOUR AND 20 MINUTES to soak my old polish off and apply new gel polish. When she began I asked her to shorten them and she did so, asked if it was okay and I said yes, then proceeded to file about half of my nails all the way

This was my second time there. First time the guy did a nice job on my Dipped Power showed him a pic and he did it. So I went again a week ago and did a Pedi and my Dipped Power. My pedi the lady talked so much I couldn't relax and she didn't even use anything on my feet just water that was a waste of my money. Then off to my Dipped Power told the same guy what to do didn't do it I was so frustrated. I ask him again he said oh yea at the end I was like ok. Never did it. A week later my Dipped is chipping mind you this is suppose to last up to 3 weeks

First time there and will not go back even it's right by the theater... I picked the more expensive pedi which is $37 ( regular is usually $25), I told the lady I need her to remove the thick callus which she did but not much and the cuticles were not cut, still lots dead skin around toes, by the way she did not wear gloves!!!!! and the nail polish is messed up too! Kim & the staff and Nail Trix are great! I've been seeing Kim for over 10 years & won't go to anyone else!! She's funny, friendly & does the most amazing nails. You can enjoy a water or glass of wine while you're there too. There are a lot of shops around if you'd like to shop before or after your appointment. Go check them out, you won't be disappointed!

I went as a walk in, I was the first customer there. Everyone was really friendly. The lady that did my mani and pedi was very quiet (which I prefer since I like to just relax). I wanted a clear mani but color for pedi. She accidentally started putting the same color on my nails. Although it wasn't what I wanted I'm not hard to please. She offered to change it but I had somewhere to go. I enjoyed the atmosphere and I think I'll go back. She took her time, which I loved and I didn't feel rushed. That's really important to me. I'm really torn between 3 stars and 4 stars. The folks were great. My daughter and I popped in for an unplanned mani/pedi while on vacation. Our nails were badly painted, filed and placement was a little off, the pedi was nothing major. It wasn't even a full pedi. So, why would I give it 4 stars and not less? The price was good-mother always said you get what you pay for! The staff made the experience so fun for us.

I have been using Victor for my nails for 4 years now. I drive from Rockville just to see him. I'm going to Victor for life. He always does a great job and accommodates me. Some of the old people just left so it's a fresh start for Nail Trix. Good hearted friendly people there now. They are short staffed at the moment but are planning to hire soon so I would call ahead to ensure no wait. Highly recommend!

I will never go back to this place. The co owner, Jackson, is such a creep. He's too touchy feely, always hugging, rubbing, even went as far as to rub a pregnant woman's belly (without asking) when I was there, she was so uncomfortable & looked like she was going to cry. I couldn't wait to get out of there & away from him. It's hard to relax & enjoy a mani with that going on.

I had to find a new nail salon since the lady who used to do my nails moved, so I decided to try this place out. First I will say everyone was friendly and it seemed cleaned. But my gel mani was horrible. Thank god I didn't ask for a design which I usually like to get. Not only was it a bad manicure but a few of my nails were filed down crooked. I went on vacation the next day and were already chipping a few days later. Won't be back.

So I was in a bind and needed my nails done so I decided to come here. I had this older lady who barely spoke English and then preceded to drill my nails. She drilled my one nail so much that I was in pain and you could see blood underneath it. Then I was telling her I wanted one color and another as my accent nail and she had a hard time understanding that. I had the shellac manicure so they used an opi uv light to cure it. It burned my fingers or at least it felt like I was being burned. I was not happy with my service there at all and needless to say I will not be returning.

Sometimes it takes a while there but that's because she's very knowledgable and spends time on each customers nails. The other woman who work there are family members and mostly do pedicures and some manicures but if you're looking for an amazing gel or acrylic set + great
