I was considering scheduling an appointment.
However, oppose to ensuring your customer service is grade A, and refunding your clients “no show” charge, you attempted to justify your actions.
I believe legally, you’re also required to notify your client that their therapist has changed.
Not prievid to the entire situation, your dissertation illustrated an image I do not care to be associated with.

I've only had a few sessions with these folks. The councilor that I saw was very intuitive and patient. I could tell that there was a great measure of concern and compassion for me and not just the all mighty dollar. I have to say that these people go out of thier way to make you feel like you are job #1.
From the time I walked into the door until the time that I left I was made to feel comfortable. There was no pressure about money, time lines, and I wasn't led to make decisions in my life based off of councilors biast. My councilor is highly qualified both on paper and off. It was nice to talk

Beware! I went to one appointment, I saw a counselor by the name of Stacy, she was great and I really enjoyed talking to her. She asked me to come back in 2 weeks so I made an appointment. I had to call and reschedule and when I did I was told that Stacy was no longer with Victors Crown but that I would be seeing someone else. I thought a lot about it and decided that I just couldn't do another "get to know me" appointment so I called to cancel and told the receptionist why. She said that she understood and that if I changed my mind to please call them. That was on Nov 18, 2015.

The center has playrooms, comfortable areas for conversations and private consultation rooms that provide a welcoming, supportive atmosphere for families and children.
Clients are able to work in partnership with experienced mental health professionals to discuss concerns, successes and create a course of action that is best to provide beneficial therapeutic mental health.

If you are looking for compassion and confidentiality look no further. You will be loved and listened to as you walk through whatever the world has thrown at you. Victor's Crown is a safe place. As soon as you walk through the doors you know that you are in a environment that puts your needs and concerns on high priority. From the warmth from the receptionist to the massage chair in the waiting room you know that your needs and concerns will be met. Colleen truly cares for people and wants to help them. It is hard to find people that you trust any more but I know that Victor's Crown is the exception. Ethical and morally sound with the clients need coming first is exactly how they run their business.
