This company built my home, closing was 10/5/2013. Since that time there have been 4 flooding events in my master bathroom/shower into my master bedroom. Destroying walls, floors, carpets and furniture. There were 2 "quick fixes" done but that did not correct the problem at all. Then, around August 2015 they completely redid the shower, having to reinstall the shower pan and redo all of the tile as it was completely torn up when they lifted the tile and not installed correctly to begin with. Around January 23rd, 2020 we noticed water marks in the walls again and even worse the shower started to
