Working with Perry was a disaster. Dominique and Kelley let us know of delays at the last minute, and would only lets us know of our moved closing date after we reached out. They got the sale so they could have cared less. It was also great walking through the house mid construction and finding beer bottles everywhere. Eventually their attitudes lead to us walk I hung away from the house. Based on their lever of communication skills, if anything would have went wrong after moving in clearly the company would not care... avoid at all costs.

Stay away if you want a builder that stands behind their word and work.
In March of 2021, I signed a contract with Perry Homes for a new home. The origional estimated completion was September 2021, given the pandemic and my experience, I estimated October 2021, maybe November 2021, but I immediately selected and paid the required 50% for all of my options.
I received an email on October 28th that the home demonstration was scheduled for Tuesday, November 23, 2021 and a closing on Monday, November 29, 2021. The email indicated that I would not be allowed to make any changes to any of the options

Check any review on Perry homes. They have been ripping people off and doing shotty work for years. Good luck dealing with these characters.

Poor construction quality. Our contractors have had a difficult time with remodels due to the slanted ceilings and walls. The electrical wiring was not to code. Key steps were left out like subfloor under tile in bathroom in our house built in the 90s. Hopefully, they have improved since this time.

Do not make the same mistake we did. Avoid this builder by all cost. We moved in our home June 2020 and have been given the run around since. We have foundation issues, exterior doors installed crooked and don't shut all the way, Window sills crooked so bad the blinds won't even shut right, crooked walls, frame hanging over foundation by 2" and exposed pipes. Very poor quality workmanship and now the builder won't repair interior issues until further notice. The 2 year warranty is a scam. It only allows them 2 years to fix crappy workmanship.

Horrible builder that lacks integrity and does not stand behind their warranty.

Do not give these people your hard earned money.

If I could give them a zero I would. Spent 6 months building the perfect home (or so we thought) in Forney, TX. Perry was a nightmare to work with from the start. Contract is terrible. Upgrades and home features not as shown or described. Day before closing appraisal was 22k lower than purchase price. Perry was not interested in negotiating this to a reasonable amount based on comps and market value of home. I suppose they'd rather have a house sit on market and lose money than make a customer happy and meet half way. We walked away from our purchase day before closing losing substantial amount

I absolutely love the homes and impressed but my overall experience, I was not impressed.

My husband and I put an offer in. We did not use a realtor since we currently own a home in Washington D.C. that we build with a local builder, so we know what to expect working with a builder. We just moved here and wanted to buy a second home.

I went in last Friday night, the hostess showed me some of the inventory homes. She was great. Super helpful. The next day, my husband and I went back. We honestly felt like the lady, DeShawn didn't have time for us. The night before Marlen texted me to ask

I was working with buyer clients as of March 2017 in search of their next family home. We looked at several properties and even submitted two offers which were not accepted. They went under contract to purchase a new construction Perry home in December 2017. Perry refused to pay the buyer's commission based on a registration card that was hurriedly completed by the buyers. The card was 10% complete with only their name and phone number. Because the buyer did not name me as their Realtor on this card, I lost $14,000. I called Perry and shared the Buyer's Rep Agreement which had been signed
