We lived in the Cedardale apartment for two years, it was our first home in America and, therefore, we were charged a large deposit of $ 1150, although for all deposits it was $ 200. So, it was time to move out, the manager said that I should give him the keys on April 30, but when that day came, the manager was not at the workplace, and I handed the keys to another employee who had seen our apartment before and said that there was only light cleaning is needed! but when I came to collect the deposit, we were charged $ 500 !!! they gave out a piece of paper in which it was written what they kept

So the management is being coy and acting as if they are clueless about the mold in the apartment. When in fact they've known for some time! I spoke to the next door neighbor and she mentioned that she also has a mold issue that she brought to the attention of the office and they basically gave her the run around also! My daughter has been waiting for the results of a mold test and although the management company has the results they refuse to make them available to the her! No integrity!

I love living in this place. Management does a great job dressing everyone's needs. When we first were moving in there was a lot of talk of renovations that we didn't really expect to happen but they all happened within a year and now we have all these great amenities that we use a lot. The neighbors are quiet in our complex. My only complaint is the businesses we live next to are very loud at night and people tend to gather in those parking lots and get kind of loud and annoying but it's not on the apartment properly so there isn't much we can do about it.

I lived here many years ago. I seriously enjoyed living in these apartments! I lived here for about 2 years, my cousin lived with me for 1 year (in a one bedroom) and I loved it! I loved it so much my friend rented an apartment there as well for quite a few years! I never had any problems when I lived there! Not one. It was very quiet, peaceful and I never had to worry about anything! I cant find one bad thing to say about living here. I was very sad when I moved away from this apartment, but I needed to get away from all the rain.

This place was amazing, I loved it. Then the apartment manager john started there. The staff was awesome and the apartments were grest too, but then he came in and it felt more like a prison then home. He has no people skills whatsoever. He talks to everyone like they are stupid. No respect for anyone. I wouldve definitely recommended this place to anyone but not with him there. He is awful. I promise you give it a few months and ypu will hate his guts like half the people there already do.

HUGE rental increases. Mine went up by $350 this year and $65 the previous year. They could give 60 days notice for that high of an increase but they say legally they only have to give 21 days. Yes legally, what about morally? What's wrong with doing the right thing by people? I needed an extra month so ended up paying an extra $450 plus the monthly rent to stay 'off lease' one month. Once I left, my same phone went from 3 G to 4G, internet is faster and TV is beautiful at new place. Plus no more hard water! Yay! The deposit return was fair, but after the expense of moving it doesn

We used to rent here for about a year. It's a small community but is very peaceful. The inside of our apartment was a bit dated but i heard they're renovating right now. Management is really very accommodating and the rent is reasonable for federal way. We were renting a two bedroom apartment but we had family members who would visit every now and then so we needed an extra room. we would have stayed if they had three-bedroom units available. Each apt unit has an assigned car port but there's also plenty of parking space for visitors since not a lot of renters have multiple cars
