We were residents at Parkway Lofts for 3 years from 2018, and overall had an amazing experience throughout our residency. It is worth pointing out initially we didn't have such a great experience until AJH management took over. The new team listened & did everything to take care of us from our current situation caused by the incompetence of the previous management company.
Melanie & her team really turned things around and elevated the overall experience starting from cleanliness of the building, maintenance & upkeep of common areas, responsiveness to issues & professionalism of the concierge

I'm a long time resident at the Parkway Lofts and let me start by saying there's truly no where else I'd rather be living at this stage of life. The staff and management is always so helpful and on top of things, they truly care about their residents, the apartments are all beautiful and fairly priced, never mind the beautiful views and the countless guest amenities. As someone in the real estate industry I always say Parkway Lofts is like a hidden gem and a wonderful place to live. I just signed my 3rd apartment at parkway lofts. This place truly feels like home. Melanie, the building manager has always been so helpful and friendly. The front desk always greets you when you walk in with a smile. The Maintenance team are always on top of every request. They even hung my chandelier for me ! This place really has a sense of community. If your looking for somewhere to live look to further

I’ve been a resident here for 6 years, and can safely say that this property is one of the most unique and well-run properties in NNJ. While previous management companies had run the property poorly for years, the current management continually goes above and beyond for the residents. Events, building staff, amenities, management, quality of life, apartment layouts and styles... all top notch. I can’t recommend this place enough now that we have a team who cares about the community in place.

Parkway Lofts was an awesome place to live in- Kamilah, Nadia & the remainder of the staff were fantastic in every possible way. I would recommend living here- parking was easily accessible, great access to NYC with the train station within walking distance & the lofts itself were incredibly spacious and priced well. If I move back to New Jersey in the future, I will be sure to move back into the Parkway Lofts.

Coming home to Parkway lofts is more than just a pleasure. It's a great feeling that gets supported by a staff, that really treats you with respect, courtesy, and friendship. The overall resident experience, is well managed by great people. Should you experience an incident, or perhaps you just want to confirm if your packages arrived at the front desk.....they will provide you with support and feedback. The community is always lending events and activities, which look to engage all residents (should they want to be participate) to join in the fun festivities, which don't cost anything to renters

I can't say enough positive things about the Parkway Lofts. Great amenities, the friendliest staff, and incredible apartments speak for themselves. Train station is just a stone's throw from the property & we have a private dog park across the street. The only criticism I have (which is entirely unreasonable) is that they won't sell me a unit, but my fingers are crossed =) Thank you to everyone working at PWL who make it feel like home!

From the moment we drive through the gates, walk into the very modern and chic lobby, past the wonderful people at concierge services, and into our apartment, we feel like we live in an amazing hotel that we get to call home. Our penthouse apartment has incredible views of the NYC skyline and the beautiful sunsets to the west. Style and sophistication flow through the well appointed gym, theatre, billiards room, and rooftop terrace that again has those highly sought after NYC views.
