I used their services to move from an apartment to a house.
They were on time,packed all the stuff carefully and used proper gear to pack fragile stuff like TV etc .
They were also very efficient with their time and made sure that our move out experience is good. We are really satisfied with their service and would recommend them to others.

More like movers are NOT here. We scheduled a move Monday morning at 9am with 3 movers and a big truck and got 2 movers with a small truck Monday afternoon at around 2pm.
The lady that coordinates the movers is shady AF. She tried to change our move to Tuesday and then when we refused she gave us 2 movers instead of 3 and a smaller truck at Monday afternoon and charged us the same rate!! The lady that coordinates sucks so much. She is so greedy.
Insisted we pay cash and charged us $50 material fee for using their moving blankets or some BS.

The worst moving services ever. They are not punctual. I booked them at 11am and they showed up at 5pm upon constant calling, even though I booked a month ago. The owner Jean Zhang has zero respect for customers. She was not even apologetic for being so late. She kept blaming the early morning customer is delaying. They demand more money than the fixed deal after completing the move. Also they do a sloppy job in moving. Lot of my items and furnitures were damaged after the move. I suggest to never go to them!

I appreciate hard work and these guys do work hard to quickly load pre-packed boxes, move to new location and then unload.
They were able to finish the whole job as quickly as humanly possible without wasting any time.
They're courteous and respectful. There were some minor damage to goods but nothing major. They were careful while loading/ unloading. Our entire move took ~6hrs and a 26ft truck with 2 guys.
Communicating with the guys who came to move was a problem sometimes, but we used google translate or called Jean to translate something more complicated.
I'll recommend MoversRHere

The communication with Jing was horrible. I Scheduled my move in at 5pm and they didn't show up till 7:45pm which the move in didn't finish around 11:45pm. I also followed up 2 straight days before the move for confirmation. The movers did a wonderful job moving my stuff but with them being late and the communication with jing, I felt like there was no transparency what so ever. I'm definitely not using this business again. 5 stars for the movers, 1 star for customer service.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T HIRE this company and look the other way. IF I CAN GIVE ZERO reviews I would!!!! It was the worst decision I ever made. It says on the Craigslist it says on their AD $105 for 3 people & truck. When I called for a quote,Jing said $420 for 3 hours and $65 every 30 min after that she said "no hidden fees, no gas charge or mileage"!!! When I ask about their AD she said "since it's end of the month they charge more" Since I need a movers I agree upon the quote. They came early but instead with 2 men only instead of 3 men. Did not show up on move day. Appointment was made several weeks in advance. The scheduling women said they we’re finishing their job from the day before but refused to give me any type of actual update. She said the customer was difficult from the day before. I confirm the day before at 12:30 PM and she said everything was A-OK and they were going to arrive at 8:30am. I received no phone call or update then at 9:30am I called them. I used Movers R Here for my move from Sunnyvale to Livermore. The price was more than fair and the workers did such an amazing job. Most of the time movers are slow to add more time and make more money but not these guys! They were fast and efficient and everything was moved in one piece, not one item broken or even scratched. Very polite lady answered my calls, I needed to move some furniture from my storage to my new home. They came on time with all the tools ready and got to work right away. Finished disassembling and reassembling, moving back and forth, loading and unloading, and some packaging all in 3 hours(I had a lot of stuff)
I would recommend them 100% because the lady was very courteous and responsive, movers were professional and very efficient, also got a great rate!

Awesome service if I could give this business 10 stars I would, went online and got the run around got a few quotes but Jean beat all the quotes they were kind and took care of business as soon as they arrived. My daughter has used Movers r Here 3 times and we are very happy with their service, I poorly packed our dishes but to my surprise not one dish was broken and not a scratch on any of the furniture. I used Movers R Here to move my two bedroom house from Daly City to another three bedroom house in Cupertino. Jean, who is the dispatcher, was very nice and professional to talk with, and told me straight away what the price would be. The movers were fast and efficient, carefully wrapping up all of my furniture and were done with the move quickly. They were polite and worked very hard. The price is also very reasonable. Overall a great experience for my first move, and I will definitely use them again. Recommend to everyone needing a move, they will surprise you with their excellent service!

I had worst moving experience with these folks. First of all they were non professional in moving time and were calling me to pre-pone the move on the last day. When I agreed they send 2 Chinese guy none of whom were able to communicate in English. It was also hard to communicate to moving company manager as she also didn't understand English properly. I thought it will be ok, but it was worst experience. They were rude to apartment management staff who were also complaining and we had to mediate many times. It was really easy to set up the appointment (all over text, very fast response). The movers did arrive 1.5HR early, but they were really efficient, polite and did a great job. During COVID times, both movers wore masks and did not remove them even though it was really hot/ uncomfortable.
Will definitely be using them again!
