Poor experience with WM .It took almost two weeks after accepted offer and appraisal completed to let me know my loan cannot be approved on reasons which next lender (Movement Mortgage) tackled without a hitch.WM did not cooperate in supplying my new lender with the appraisal which I paid for and there I lost $400-$600. Pleasant people ,however ,dealing with complexity isn’t their forte and I truly regret time wasted with them.

Herb Runnoe -our loan officer, was amazing throughout the entire process. I never expected that level of commitment and support. I felt that I was interacting with a person who understood me and always looked out for my best interest. Knowing I was on the right hands while purchasing my home gave me lots of peace of mind, despite any of the difficulties we had closing the deal. I will be forever thankful!

We house hunted for over a year before finding the perfect home and Scott Dewey was with us every step of the way! Scott is knowledgeable, hardworking and trustworthy. A Good mortgage company to work with. Supplying loan officers with needed paperwork gets you loan approval that much sooner. This will make meeting contingencies easier. Amy Canada & Lane Sharp have assisted family members and clients alike in a professional manner.

After being denied by a different company, my realtor recommended Lane Sharpe and said, "He'll get the job done." Well, he approached the application from a different angle than the previous lender and we were able to get our mortgage on time with no problem. I DEALT WITH SARA CRUZ HERE IN RACINE AND THIS PLACE BURNED TROUGH A LOT OF MY TIME ON THE APPROVAL PROCESS TO KEEP FINDING OUT TIME AND TIME AGAIN I WAS APPROVED NOT APPROVED AND SO ON. I WAS TOLD GO FIND A HOUSE I WAS APPROVED AND AFTER TWO WEEKS THEY FOUND A REASON I MAY NOT BE. I NEVER MEET ANYONE IN PERSON HOWEVER SARA CRUZ SAID SHE WAS THERE TOP PERSON. UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO WASTE YOUR TIME, STAY AWAY.

My recent refinance was a very poor experience and I would not recommend Wisconsin Mortgage to anyone who values clear, consistent communication.
The team burned through a lot of my timeline at the beginning of the process, which limited my options as I got closer to my due date. They also were consistently incorrect on important details and did not meet a single commitment they made to me as far as communications and follow up.
Over the two months I worked with them, I heard a lot of excuses and saw very little action. We eventually got the refi done under the wire but the process was a lot
