My wife and I have worked with Peter Kazaks on several home purchases and refinance situations. Once of the biggest hassles in buying a home can be the process of getting qualified for and going through the mortgage process. There is so much that I would love to share about this company but to sum it up, nothing but downright amazing! I had a difficult mortgage to say the least but guidance mortgage stood with me, walked me through everything and got me a the best rate. Even the when I didn’t understand something, they would take the time to walk me through it, explain the options and make sure I understood what I was picking. Gavin worked with me on two transactions in two years and was absolutely phenomenal in his base of knowledge and his ability to explain the different options in a way that always made sense to me. It doesn't get any better than Guidance Mortgage. Why on earth people would deal with a traditional bank for a home purchase or refinance is mind-boggling. Guidance has better pricing, far better service, and gives you multiple options that help decide between low interest rate or zero closing costs. I have purchased and/or refinanced more than 10 times with Guidance and I can't imagine a better experience than they provide.

I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Tom. He was knowledgeable, personable, and on top of everything. His spreadsheets were absolutely remarkable and made finding the best option a breeze.
