I rented a stretch Escalade limo for my birthday 1-22-2021. Our driver Nikki was very nice and catered to all our needs. Prices are much lower then other companies and the quality of our limo was great. I see a lot of negative reviews on here and I don’t think that’s accurate. I called to confirm details multiple times and my expectations were met completely. This is the second time renting from this company. First time was a party bus last year and that went perfect with no issues. Some people may have had a bad experience with this company but in my two times I have not had anything negative

My husband and I ordered a limousine for our 3rd anniversary it was a very special day for us and when the limo arrived to our house it was beyond filthy with food on the floor and seats, fingermarks all over the windows and stereo and was not disinfected which was a covid HAZARD! What really put the icing on the cake and made me realise how disgusting of a company Denver limo was when I brought this to the attention of the woman who set my appointment she was extremely rude only refunded me a smidge of my money And she had the audacity to lie to the Better Business Bureau when I reported her to

Avoid Denver Limo at all costs as they have terrible limos, terrible drivers, and beyond terrible customer service. Denver Limo provided our wedding shuttle. They did manage to get the bridal party to the venue, despite legitimate fear on the ride there. The ride to our venue, including the bride in her gown and a 5-month-old baby, was terrible. We were getting launched into the air the entire ride for any slight bump the driver went over (at an absurd speed, mind you). Many people found other ways of transportation home from the venue due to the unsafe state of the transportation we were given

I rented a party bus for my sister's bachelorette so we could do a light tour and drink champagne. There were 9 of us and this was the perfect size bus and the perfect company to go with. We had a very positive experience and really enjoyed the professionalism of our driver, Chris. He took us to wherever we asked, was on time, and had a professional (neat) appearance. I would recommend this to anybody for a special event or night out!

I booked a party bus for my wedding 4 months in advance. 48 hours before my wedding day, they called and told me there was a mechanical issue with the bus and had to cancel. They initially told me they would find me a replacement and pay for it, but once I followed up on that, they never returned my calls or messages. Couldn't recommend this company less

SCAM! RUDE! TERRIBLE SERVICE! The owner of this company should be ashamed of their employees and how they treat their customers. The "manager" hung up on me after not wanting to honor a price prior quoted. The "manager" told me to google what a "manager" is because I asked to speak with the business owner and the "manager" told me they were the same thing... This company is a pure joke. They have no value for their customer and could care less about providing accurate information to their clients. We had such a great time. Our driver Scott picked us up on time and was very friendly. The bus was in great shape, clean, spacious, and we were provided with water and ice. We had a 30 passenger bus that took us to black hawk. The price was the most reasonable I found for the awesome service we received!! Would definitely rent from Denver Limo Inc again!!!

10/10 recommend using DL when you have a big group! We had 12 people in one of their party busses and it was one the best times we ever had. So easy to book & everything was better than expected. The driver was amazing and so kind. We used DL to get taken to a concert that was an hour from where we were staying. The driver stopped at a gas station for us to get snacks and more alcohol & even waited for us to be finished at the concert! Such a great experience!

I contacted Denver Limo regarding transportation for us to the Rolling Stones concert. Since we had 8 men, we settled on a Sprinter van that would allow us a comfortable, roomy ride. When Denver Limo picked us up at the airport, they arrived with a stretch limousine. Unfortunately the stretch limousine doesn't work for 8 men. We were on top of each other.
Apparently, they have in their contract that Denver Limo can substitute vehicles. The problem is that we specifically requested and agreed to the Sprinter van for our group. So we did not get what Denver Limo agreed to provide us.

Friendly driver, however the aux cord and Bluetooth did not work on the way to our destination.
Half the reason our company took a party bus was so we could blast Post Malone whilst enjoying a few Montucky Cold Snacks. We had let the bus driver know about the music issue, and unfortunately there was zero effort made to accommodate the situation.
Please make sure to have music easily syncable for your future passengers. It is crucial.

Wowwww!!! They made my niece's party VIP! We chose the Pink Escalade, & had Jose as our driver. He greeted the group with enthusiasm & joy! The Escalade was spotless & had every bell & whistle! The girls felt like royalty & their whole team was super professional! Pricing was fair & service was absolutely outstanding! Highly recommend!

I requested a quote from this company for my bachelorette/bachelor party. I submitted the request via the request form so I know all info was correct on my end. I received an email quote from Kelly the following day starting she could provide the requested services for $600. I called to book. No one ever seems to answer. If they do they only take a message. Don't bother, they won't call you back. Once I finally got to talk to Gina who said that quote was obviously incorrect but she'd have Kelly call me asap or she'd call me back once she had an answer. Terrible. Used them to shuttle the wedding party for my wedding. The truck was dirty. The music didn't work and the driver drove like a pissed off teenager. The driver got lost to the point where I had to pull out my phone and google map it for him. After the wedding he took the longest route and made us late to the reception dinner. When exiting the bus the driver very rudely said to me (the groom), "I'm not leaving until someone tips me $100). Rude from start to finish. I do not recommend them.

Denver Limo located at 16638 E 2nd Ave, Aurora, CO 80011 is amazing! Our driver Gene Nimirov was amazing! Kind and polite and professional and he went out of our way to help me and my sister in law. I will only ever use this company moving forward. Their limo was clean, the ride was on time and their prices are competitive!

Greg was our driver and he seemed pre-occupied during our excursion. He Failed to open doors for riders or answer his phone to pick up.He didn't help people in or out of the limo. Overall there was no communication and a lot of people were inconvenienced by the service offered. I would not recommend this service for long term contracts.

BEWARE OF FALSE INTERNET QUOTES! I booked a limo online for one price. 30 minutes later, I get a call from someone saying they need to talk to me about it. Suddenly, if I want the limo, it's $50 more. I asked them why they raised the price and she blames the internet, like the internet is the one determining pricing. It's the same company. She should have honored the quote and not jacked up the price. She was also so very happy about doing it to me, it was really insulting.

Great service. I go to Denver for business on a regular basis and this company has helped get me from point A to Point B every time. I can call and request the same driver each time I visit and it is like he has become a part of my family. I have nothing but praise for them and appreciate that they go the extra mile for me and I am sure, many others.

RUN AWAY AND STAY AWAY!
My daughter reserved a limo for prom, and they took a deposit before sending over the contract. When the contract arrived, it stated no prom refunds. We refused to sign the contract and cancelled the limo. This was all within a 24 hour period.
The company claimed we had agreed to a verbal contract and refused to refund the deposit.
This is not good business practice, please pick ANY another company - one who wants to gain and retain its customers!
