Just called and was referred to another number for a Mariano. Called the guy and he said he would call back in 10 minutes. I was on lunch, sure I'll wait. Never called. I called him back after work and asked him if he had anything available this weekend. He must have not understood me because he, in rude way said" ma'am I talk to a ton of ppl, what is it that you want and be specific" ok which I understand. But dude needs to work on his customer service.
Looking for something in the last minute and them making you feel worse is not cool. On to the next one. Good luck all!

What A wonderful experience I had with this limousine company.I rented two party buses for my wedding party.One was for the bride and another was for the grooms party.
When my driver (Christina)arrived to pick me up and the bridesmaids, I just received a call from my florist telling me that there truck broke down and my flowers might not make it to the wedding.Over hearing the conversation and me being upset Christina said let her see what she can do.She called her boss Dino in which I pleasantly worked with arranging my party buses.
To my amazement Dino sent another party bus to pick up

I will not rent from this place until they update their busses. We recently had a party bus and you could not even hold a drink without spilling it everywhere. The ride was so bumpy as if the bus didn't have any shocks or struts. The blinds on one side were broken and couldn't open them to see out. The hand rail on the roof was broken in multiple spots. As of my experience, I would not recommend this company.

They picked us up when we were ready, and made pit stops as needed on our way to Blackhawk. No complaints.. I did lose my cell phone that night and they were able to find it for me and get it back to me in a timely fashion! Appreciate them finding my phone and taking care of us on our trip up to gamble.

Our driver showed up 30 minutes after the scheduled pick- up time (lack of communication on the company's part), then was 45 minutes late to pick us up from our concert. After standing outside for 30 minutes, the driver ignored our phone calls, and when he arrived, changed his story multiple times, as to why he was late (first he was stuck in… traffic,then claimed he'd been parked the whole time, etc.). When we got back in the limo, we had found our brand new, unopened handle of vodka was missing, along with some food and soda we had brought. The driver then claimed he cleaned the roof of
