Richard Flieger has been in retail management for over 45 years. He purchased his own franchised Computer Store (formerly Computer Renaissance) in 1999 in Tucson, Arizona and owned and operated that store until 2017 when the store was reborn as Computer Revival and was relocated from its Oracle and Ina location to the current Computer Revival store located at 3854 N Oracle Road at the southeast corner of Oracle & Roger Rd.

At Computer Revival recycling is at the core of our business concept and it is all about what we do and what we believe in. We buy, sell, and trade, new, used, and refurbished computers and laptops, and when computers are outdated or unwanted we offer you, the consumer, an easy way to dispose of those old computers.
At Computer Revival we offer name brand new computer towers, laptops and monitors. Dell, HP, Lenovo and more are regularly featured on our sales floor. We also custom build or own PC towers made from the highest quality parts and 20 years of experience and computer know how. All of our new desktop computers come with a minimum of a one year parts and labor warranty.

The best customer service I've received in a long time! The whole staff was helpful, friendly, and informative. I had an emergency out of town and needed equipment fast! They provided what I needed, all in good condition, and all at competitive prices. I was so thoroughly impressed with their whole operation, I know I will keep them in mind and reach out to utilize them as a loca resource. They even loaded everything in the car for me!

We had a great, (genius, we thought), guy that came over to switch our old computer data to a new one, 7 to a 10, he was wonderful, , he transferred all of the data with some definite challenges but had the tools and the experience to overcome them all !!!!!! YEA , ( plus he loves dogs and they loved him back and the 3 of them stopped barking after he went to where they were cordoned off and said hello ! YOU ROCK FARAZ !!!!!!

I think the computer stores great these guys are picking up the slack from where is the big warehouse computer stores like Fry's Electronics are not in existence anymore I think it's more tailored and they know what they're doing so go check them out and get your computer ready set up, repaired or brand new builds gaming or business.

I have used this company many times over the years. I used to go to them when they where at Oracle and Ina. Like the fact that they are at Oracle and Rodger now. They are much closer for me now. Great place to have all your files and info transferred when you buy a new computer, or if for some reason you get a virus, or something gets locked on your screen. They are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They do seem a little on the higher end of price, but I keep going to them.

Excellent service, super friendly, and knowledgeable! Took my wife's problematic computer in the day after Christmas (Saturday) for a diagnostic check, got a call Monday morning with the problem and solution, and they had it fixed and was ready to go the next day. Swapped out the faulty hard drive for a new solid state drive with twice the storage size.

This place used to have exceptional customer service, however during my visit the guy at the desk couldn't seem to be bothered to show good customer service qualities, had shown up attempting to purchase ram for an older system, which they didn't have in stick and thats understandable. But when I wanted to upgrade the storage space in my higher end Omen system I had a question about which storage media it supported the guy instantly acted like I was becoming a hassle and as if he had other customers I was preventing him from serving (it was only myself, my friend and 1 other employee in the store

After several successful purchases of refurbished equipment, the last one was a disaster. I gave them two stars for my previous experiences. The SSD in the last computer I bought was defective and causing occasional re-starts. I brought it back within the warranty period (30 days) and they ran it for a day with no problems. After three months it went completely out. After paying roughly $250 for the computer they wanted another $360 to replace the ailing drive. I ended up scrapping the computer and buying a new one from someplace else. I will never go back into their store.

I wish I could give them more than a 5 star rating. My experience at Computer Renaissance was nothing short of amazing!
Saturday my computer stopped working, and I brought it to Computer Renaissance. Mike Prokop, the person receiving my pc, asked me a few questions, diagnosed the problems on the spot, replaced and repaired a part, and off I went!!! Hopefully, you get there when they are not busy.

I went into computer renaissance looking for several products. The salesman who greeted me was incredibly rude. Cutting me off before I could finish any of my questions. Me: "Do u have any xbox controllers for windows or any other type of pc" salesman: "No we can order one if u absolutely need us to." ME:" Do u have any 4 pin molex to 3 pin fan adapters." Salesman.
