Established in 1997, ER is a privately owned small business per the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS 562910). Our corporate management hails from the early days of environmental contracting, averaging over 30 years of applied experience remediating hazardous waste sites and responding to hazmat emergencies.

Our team is carefully selected based on their abilities and experience most resultant of long careers in the industry. Collectively, our management team has directed and managed more than 14,000 large-scale environmental projects and emergency response incidents for commercial and industrial clients as well as federal, state and local agencies.
Services
Over 20 years ago, Environmental Restoration, LLC (ER) was formed and specifically organized as a response contractor for state and federal agencies. Our skilled response teams provide emergency response services for road, rail, waterway and fixed facility incidents from all ER office locations.

ER's team of Response Managers and field technicians are known in the industry for response expertise and have been trained for response to numerous various incidents and catastrophes.ER provides Emergency Response Services for both commercial and industrial clients as well as government agencies.
ER is currently the primary responder to the USEPA, providing multiple emergency and rapid response services for incidents covering 42 states across the country. These competitively awarded long-term contracts have an approximate value of $1.99B. Each of these contracts requires immediate response to emergency and time-critical hazardous waste situations where human health or the environment is threatened.
ER has earned a national reputation as a preferred environmental contractor for Emergency Response, Environmental Remediation / Construction, and Industrial Services.

We have developed an outstanding performance record based on a sound corporate structure, comprehensive program and project management structures employing innovative technical approaches, efficient transportation and disposal, stringent cost controls, and accurate, audit verified accounting practices.
ER has developed a comprehensive Corporate Health and Safety Program (CHASP) defining the minimum health and safety standards required for ER projects. Hazard recognition and the establishment of effective control measures are integral components of this program. All ER field personnel and subcontractors are required to adhere to the ER CHASP while performing field activities.
ER has provided services for an array of emergency response incidents of varying size and response needs. This level of experience for a variety of response incidents gives us the knowhow to move quickly and efficiently in responding to an incident as required.

Our objective at each incident is to provide efficient response actions including mitigation and remediation to minimize exposure of life, health and environmental damage, while controlling recovery costs and limiting disruption to our client's ongoing operations.The U.S. Coast Guard established the Oil Spill Response Organization (OSRO #0156) in response to regulatory requirements of OPA 90.
