called and was told i would get a call back for an hour. No one called until Brian told the truth and said no one would be out for another 4 hours. The customer service is soo bad and nasty attitude the guy said i could call another locksmith. disgusting

Called to have my deadbolt replaced on my front door. After first contacting Master Locksmith directly, I received calls from a series of people. They did show up timely, but it was 2 guys in a car. They seemed to know what they were talking about and after looking at my situation they said they had to go back to the "shop" to pick up parts. When they came back it was clear they just went to Home Depot to pick up a replacement lock. They had trouble installing the lock and had to FaceTime with someone who walked them through what was needed. They did eventually get the lock replace

Andres and Omar arrived within 20 minutes of calling. After letting me know how they were going to unlock the door first. They were able to unlock quickly a side garage door for me without damaging the lock or door. I’ll be sure contact Master Locksmith Portland again if I need a locksmith.

I just recently bought a craftsman house in S.E. Portland and was brought to tears several times by our front door, which only opened one out of every 100 times you went to unlock it. In a fit of frustration I called master locksmith and they arranged for a guy to meet my the next afternoon. He was on time and incredibly knowledgeable, he told me all about my lock and was even able to guess the exact year the house was built (1925) just from looking at the lock! He was able to replace it on the spot but he kept me updated the whole time he was there, being careful to let me know whenever something

These guys were great! I messaged them through Yelp, and they responded quickly and professionally. They quoted a flat fee for the visit, which was appreciated to avoid surprises. It wasn't an emergency thing, so they came out the next morning. The timeframe I was originally given was a half-hour window, and the locksmith didn't arrive until after that window, but he called and kept me updated on his ETA. The work was quick and careful, and they charged a reasonable fee for the replacement lock that was needed. Happy with the work and would recommend to anyone.

I requested a quote for rekeying. It was a rush job, needed by the end of the day. Dean was quick to reply, clarified exactly what we needed. He dispatched Sean, the tech who arrived earlier than promised. Sean was quick to troubleshoot potential issues and provided practical solutions to complete the work as expected by the end of the day.

I called Master Locksmith for assistance on June 10th (I realize my review is a bit late). After coming home from work, I found that the latch on the door to my garage had jammed open after I unlocked it. When I called Master Locksmith, it was after hours, almost 7:00 in the evening. The service technician, Andres arrived 30 minutes after my call. Not only did he arrive in record time, but he was courteous, professional and fast. Mr. Calomiti continues harassing me in one way or another to change my review. First it was by email, and by phone, and now immature retorts on yelp while lying about the situation and continues to misrepresented it in his follow up.
