I like all aspects of the work. Came within window he told me, and the price was right ($80.00) and included a $10.00 discount because I had reached out to him through Angie's List. Didn't try to pressure me into rekeying the lock, simply got the broken key out and rechecked it before he put the lock back together.

Lance finished changing my locks less than an hour after I called. You just can't buy service like that. 10/10, would recommend. Excellent price for his expertise and professionalism. If you're still not sure, he has a lot more reviews on Angi. All five stars!

Great service and reasonable fees. Tech was professional and completed work in 20 minutes (rekey 3 door locks and made 3 keys for each lock, total charge $123). I didn't have the original key but he said no problem. I called another local locksmith and was forwarded to a 3rd party company that quoted me $19 to $200 for each lock. They tried to justify by saying locks are complicated and most likely will need to be replaced rather than rekeyed. Glad I called Metro.

Lance came to my house on short notice to replace my front door knob lock. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. He went above and beyond and put in a new and better strike plate, and also fixed the door so it closed properly. I was so impressed and will recommend Metro to anyone who needs a locksmith. I'm so happy with their service!!!

My daughters car was broke into while she was at work, they tried to steal it but we’re unsuccessful although they had jammed something into the ignition. She was unable to start her car and we called Metro Lock Services. Lance showed up promptly and was to resolve the issue so she could get home. Lance was very professional and we were very happy with his help.

I called Lance because someone had been getting into my house with no sign of break-in.......he pointed out that even though I had had the door locks re-keyed by another company they did not remove some previous applications that made it possible for someone to use a previous key! In addition to that, no former locksmith had noticed or addressed the fact that my deadbolt did not close far enough into the door jam to be effective.........(.a very common problem so make sure you check YOURS!......Lance said this happens in a lot of new construction) .....he showed me how a person could coax the

I have used Metro Lock Services three times over the last four years. Lance performed the service all three times. Lance is professional, thorough and takes the time to do the job right. I just closed on my house and got the keys on 1/15/2016. Lance was willing to come out on Saturday morning to replace/rekey all the locks. I highly recommend him and Metro Lock Service!

I have hired this company at my own home more than twice. They are nice and quick all services are mobile and their prices are very reasonable. I have referred them to clients over the past years and also hired them to re-key homes for new buyers. Honest, quick and full mobile service. Can't ask for more than that!
