A great, family friendly office! Questions answered and definitely felt welcomed from the start. Exactly what we needed as a family of 5 and hectic schedules. The office staff from the start was friendly, welcoming and attentive! It’s a blessing to have found a pediatric dentist office that is willing to work with you on scheduling, insurance and billing with a smile! We’ve been bringing our kids to this dentist for 7 yrs now. My boys love going to this dentist office. They have fun arcade games to play and a tv that helps kids relax and not be nervous about being at the dentist. The office workers and staff and dentists are all so kind and great with kids of all ages.

My son had tongue and lip tie . I was having a having time breastfeeding. My son was only 6 days old when we got both fixed . Dr. Offutt And his staff were amazing and made sure my little one was taken care and we knew all the facts before his procedure . The procedure only took 5 min . I am so glad we got referred to such an amazing densit to help my son . They called multiple times making sure everything was still going well for us . As a first time mom this was super appreciated knowing how much they cared about my son as a patient.

We have always felt so taken care of here! We drive all the way from south Austin for good reason. The best pediatric dentist we’ve ever been to and without the inflated prices for is cash pay patients! Such wonderful staff that have done a beautiful job making kids feel empowered to take care of their teeth. We love the vintage arcade games and every detail catered to quality care and a great/fun experience for kids.

This place is amazing! My newborn was not latching on properly because of her lip tie. One quick procedure to cut the tie changed everything right away. Dr. Offutt personally checked up my baby a few days later. The entire team has Excellent customer service skills. They are all around Just an A+ business!

My children (2 and 4) are always happy to go to their dental appointments because the staff is so friendly, professional and always go out of their way to make sure their patients are comfortable. Our dentist is always so gentle, fast-working and soft spoken- it really makes every dental check-up easy to get through and my children always seem so at ease with him. I can’t recommend this dental office enough!

Thank you NB Pediatric Dental Associates! My son injured his mouth/tooth at camp. I called in a panic, not expecting to be able to be seen since he’s not a patient at this practice. We were able to be seen within an hour. Dr. Offutt was so personable, patient, and kind. From reception to the dental hygienist- the staff is top notch. Dr. Offutt also was able to showed us an incidental but problematic finding on his xrays that no one else had picked up on other dental xrays. I highly recommend this practice!

We found New Braunfels Pediatric Dental Associates at one of the Kidsfest booths this year. The lobby is wild west themed with a chuck wagon framed television and a driving arcade game. There is also another arcade station in the actual open space of the dentistry rooms. The arcades are outdated, but my son is a toddler, so for us, the games served its purpose as a distraction. The doctor is amazing with young children. My three year-old is terrified of the dentist. The doctor took his time getting to know my son, explained the tools, what was going to happen to him, and, at the end, personally
