My appointment was for 5pm, I got there 5 minutes early. It took them more than 10 minutes to turn on the water for my pedicure while I waited, there were free staff who could have done that but this lady who works there just sat on the chair pressing her phone beside us. I am giving them a one star because I got my brows waxed but this lady ended up burning my eyes and I got a back massage that later caused me more back pain. My brows hurt all week. I wish I knew how to upload a picture here so you all will see

I went in Saturday around 430 and the guy at the front was not friendly at all. Rude you could say. The tables were dirty with towel next to me. 2 workers were sitting around talking. The guy showed me to a table. He pushed my chair in for me. Then he sits down and starts talking to the 2 workers not working and I'm waiting for someone. I did t have a good feeling so I called another salon in Yukon and had great service from the beginning all the way till the end. I started coming here when this placed opened and it just isn't the same anymore.

Great place. Very clean, staff all wear masks, and take their time to polish your nails. Love it wear!!

Spent 2.5 hours here for a full set. Granted, I did get a design. I explained and had a reference photo very clearly and many many times. I've gotten a set from this guy before and it was awesome. Just polish. I asked him for the first photo, and said you don't have to do the blobs or shapes in the same place, just freestyle it but do the same elements as the nails in the photo. Anyway, he gets to painting and I said he could do the background colors black and white, so that was my idea. Man looked at the pic on my phone probably at least 100 times. And I mean yea, if the design is intricate

Great service and super friendly staff - they even pull out your chair for you! Just a little disappointed that I didn’t get the neck and shoulder rub, but I chalked it up to COVID. My nails turned out amazing. It was definitely worth the two hour drive from Elk City to “the City”!

Got my lashes done here and theyre absolutely amazing only 70$ and had GREAT service ill definitely be returning also very kept up on covid precautions so thank you for that 💗

If could give them a 10 star review I would. My nail technician was Summer and she was absolutely amazing! I had a crazy day at work and was not very talkative. She was so nice and let me just have the time to relax. She did a wonderful job on my mani/pedi. I have been here a couple times and it has always been very good experience. I will definitely be back!!

I have been to this salon multiple times and every time is a bad experience. First time I had to go back because she didn't let the gel color dry under uv long enough and my nails were tacky and rubbed off in places. She tried blaming me and said it was my fault. The second time I go in and chose a color she starts painting and it's labeled incorrectly. I tell her it's the wrong color and she REFUSED to fix it. When it's clearly the nail salons screw up! She told me I'd have to come back another time. Kept telling me she was sorry but it was pretty anyways. Not the point

I go in every two week, and I always look forward to it! I never have to wait for a chair, because they have plenty of seating, and I'm always offered something to drink. The owner makes sure to speak to every customer to ensure they are enjoying their visits. Selection of polish colors is really great, as well! I've gotten manicures, pedicures, massages, facials, waxes, and lashes, and I've been happy with every service!
There is a younger boy who typically works at the front desk (Not sure if he does other services or not) but he gives THE BEST massages!
I once asked for a manicure

First time coming to this nail salon since they've moved! There is a huge upgrade in how the salon looks. I went in to get a fill for my acrylic overlay with gel. The nail tech was very kind and I appreciated that. I am very picky when it comes to my nails as I've been getting them done every 2 weeks for 10+ years. It was $35 for my service which is fairly normal.

The service took about 20 minutes and I felt like she was rushing to get to the next client. If she would have slowed down a little I think I would have ended up with a better result. I left the salon feeling disappointed

This nail salon is very pretty and clean but I will never return after my first experience. I had Amy to do my pedicure and she literally shamed me in front of other strangers. MULTIPLE TIMES. Telling me i needed to pick a different type of pedicure and had me look at the different pedicures on their pricing list again because I was "way overdue". She kept trying to force me to get a more expensive pedicure when I originally told her the one I wanted. She kept making comments and was speaking to the other nail ladies about me because they kept looking at me and giving dirty looks throughout

I get a manicure and pedicure every 2 weeks and I used to go to this salon before the remodel. The remodel is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. It looks amazing. Unfortunately my experience didn't match the new lux look. I had a pedicure and a gel manicure. Immediately upon meeting my tech she tried to upsell me on my pedicure. When I refused she was visibly angry and rushed through my services. I was so glad after my pedicure that I didn't agree to the upsell because it wasn't good. My manicure wasn't any better. She wasn't careful and kept getting

Don't get anything other than a square shape.Asked for an almond shape and I got 10 different shapes. I have never left a nail salon feeling beyond disappointed. If you aren't getting a pedi/ mani don't go here. If I could give them 0 stars I would. So disappointed with this place.

This place is awesome! Went in with my mother and grandmother for mother's day celebration. They were able to get all three of us in and did an amazing job. All of our sets looked awesome!

This was my very first time coming here and they did a wonderful job. They did exactly what I asked for. The filing hurt more than usual but overall a good experience. They got me in within 5 minutes and it only took a little under an hour. Mine was $43 total and I got acrylic mails with a mat top coat. Everyone there was very polite.

I wanted to give a better review, truly, because the first pedicurist I met there was friendly....but, as it were, "skills" don't come to mind. They are usually out of the color you want. The pedicurist wouldn't slough my feet because "not thick enough".....girl, I KNOW I had calluses....I had a pedi the following week with a different spa and they got me all smoothed out. The manicure was a mess....the first tech kept RIPPING my cuticles until I finally pulled my hands away completely from the bleeding. She got huffy so another took over and did a half-assed job of

Only giving this place a star because they did redo my manicure, although reluctantly. The woman did an awful job on my gel, acrylic manicure. When I came in a day later to ask for it to be fixed, the male upfront acted annoyed and made a scene in front of the entire salon to find the one who had done them. She finally came forward and they had the same woman redo them which I didn't appreciate. She was rough and was obviously mad. I told here they weren't straight and weren't filed evenly to which she accused me of just changing my mind on the color! Speaking of their selection

It seems that they've had a change in staff. The tech that did my gel mani thinned my nails to a fragile state. I couldn't take off my bracelet for her to massage my hands because my nails were so brittle. I won't be returning.

The best pedicure in town! They get all the dead skin and do perfect polish job! Cheap prices, good service, awesome massage chairs!

If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all I showed them a simple ombré acrylic nail design. They tell me they cannot do a matte design. Fine, went with just gel. I pick out my color and then am told they don't have it. Then after I find another color I'll settle for I'm told they have it after all. Then they have to discuss with four nail technicians on how to do the ombré look. Then I'm told halfway through I can't use the colors I picked out bc it has to be a powder color. I have been coming for years! It's has always been nothing but a wonderful experience! They are friendly and if you need to be out in a certain amount of time they make it happen. Not to mention the insane amount of shellac colors to choose from! Love this salon! Would highly recommend.

Today was my first visit to this salon. I had no appointment. I was immediately greeted and seated for a pedicure. They were extremely busy, but customer service did not suffer from what I could see. Everyone was very kind. The young lady that did my pedicure was awesome. I would have to say this was one of the best pedicures I've ever received. I chose a deluxe spa pedicure. OMG. It was amazing. Scrub, menthol mask, paraffin wax, massage. $35. Worth every penny. I was also impressed with the steps they take to keep the stations and tools sanitized. Definitely returning to this salon.

Super torn on what to rate, because they excelled hard at some rungs and failed at others. I had a walk in Saturday, and got a basic manicure and pedicure. Short wait. Decent but not large selection of polishes.

So, the massage chairs are pretty awesome. They have multiple settings, and I somehow managed to set mine for a nice long massage that actually worked through my muscles and untightened some knots. No real foot massage as such, but decent scrubbing, good cuticle action.

For the hands, they did a hand massage, a small arm massage, and a paraffin wax. While waiting for the wax
