I really want to give this place 5 stars because they're all so nice. But each time I've gotten dip at this location, it only lasts about a week without chipping. And normally I can go two to three weeks. Also, my nails seem to be quite a bit messy each time because it feels like they're so busy that they're trying to rush it. I currently have white dip and there are yellow tints to it that look really bad. I probably will not be going back.

This a clean and modern, smaller salon. They ladies were nice. I arrived right when they opened (9:30) and had zero wait as a walk on. Around 10:30/11 there was a wait for those that came in. The massager seats for pedicures were amazing. I felt they did a great job and will definitely return.
One con--I'm not used to being charged for previous polish removal, so That was an extra $5/10 bucks (I was unsure if they charged for hands and feet)

Didn't care for this salon at all love the decor and style younger vibe of this salon but the chit chat back and forth bother me so much, what bother me most was the constant talking about customer in Vietnamese my dad is American and mom is Vietnamese so I understand Viet just can't speak it so the whole I understood you talking about that lady " trời i nó ăn cái gì mà mập quá" translate into "oh gosh what is she eating she so fat" not cool, not cool at all. Having a baby in a few days, decided to get my nails done to pamper myself. Got ombré nails, price listed is "40 and up". So, when they charged $55 and couldn't explain the "and up" part, I knew that would be my last time there. Not to mention the fact that I got the most basic pedicure they offer (the Crystal) which is supposed to be $26. That turned into a $31 pedicure, and I didn't even get gel polish. The first two experiences were fantastic. The last time I went for a pedicure it was EXTREMELY rushed through. I've never had a faster pedicure. I came with another person, and I was completely done (polish included) by the time they were on her leg massage. We both had the same pedicure, and my person didn't do any sort of callus remover. She barely ran the pumice stone around on my heel once, and that was it. Also, she cut my nails down to the bed and then filed them. My nails are sore. It's going to take me a couple months to fix this. Two of my toe nails were even cut crooked

I went here to get my nails done 3 times. The first time was in mid-June. I got a full set, I got a fill 2 weeks later. I went in yesterday to get a fill & since my nails had grown out I wanted to remove the acrylics and just do dip powder on my naturals nails. As they were removing the acrylics, I noticed a dark spot on my nails. It was fungus. The nail tech told me it was due to the nail being broken and water getting under the acrylic. But I had only had these nails on for a total of 4 weeks and the last time(2 weeks ago) I didn't notice anything. I'm sure the moisture didn&apos

We looked for a place with good reviews, hoping for a great experience. Well, the price for what you get isn't worth it. We did the nail dip without extensions. It was $35, no lotion or massage. The color is beautiful, but the thickness is variable and they LOVE that damn automatic nail grinder. I have dip under my nails that seems to be thick and leaves a feeling of grime left behind. It's also annoying to have constant chatter where you are ignored and seem more of a nuisance than a source of income. We won't be back....

Very mediocre. They seem disorganized. The chairs are nice. They staff is pleasant and the facilities are clean. I like the variety of nail colors. However, the pedicure (and I got the Iconic) was just so so. My 20 minute foot and leg massage was interrupted multiple times by other staff or my nail technician going to the back. I actually got maybe a 10 minute massage. I say with my feet in the water until the water was cold and the paraffin wax- I got maybe 1/4 of a cup in each sack- not enough to cover my feet and she only left it on about 1 minute before taking it off. They are new and with that comes some disorganization but overall I was very happy with my nail dip! Everyone was very friendly and I will for sure come back! Everything was clean and new! They are packed right now so as long as you're understanding, I don't think the waiting was too too bad at all! Excited to have a new nail salon to take care of my nails!

The facility is clean since it is new.

Had the Emerald pedi. Turned out nice! The person that helped me was thorough and pleasant. Not rough at all. Very clean and inviting atmosphere. Only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is because I went with a friend, had the exact same service and her charge was much less than mine. Would have paid what I paid at most other salons so I don't feel like I was cheated, just odd that there was such a difference in our paid amounts.
