Tami Jo is originally from Rochester, New York where she worked as a pediatric dental assistant for 30 years! She married her high school sweetheart. Tami Jo and her husband have 4 children and 3 grandchildren. Tami Jo and her husband moved to Myrtle Beach to get away from the cold Blustery winters of Western New York to enjoy the sunshine and beaches.

Your first visit to Seaside Pediatric Dental Associates establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. You'll find all the practical information you need, such as a map and directions to our office, practice hours, payment policies and more.
The first permanent molars (which are not preceded by primary teeth) begin erupting around the age of 6. Extra care should be given to this first set of molars; they have a significant impact on the structure and position of future erupting teeth and, consequently, the shape of your child's lower face in later years.

I could not be more pleased with my experience this morning. Last night my daughter face planted and chipped her front tooth. I called seaside as soon as they opened and even with her not being an existing patient they took her right in. From the dental assistant, hygienist, and doctor everyone was so friendly and gentle with my almost 3 year old. My momma heart could not be more grateful for how fast they got her in and how friendly the staff is. We go back on Thursday for her first hygiene appointment! I love this place. We drive over an hour just to come to them and it's well worth it. They always know what they are doing and go way beyond to make the child comfortable and they do everything they can to make them not scared. Being able to watch tv during the exam makes it better as well. I wouldnt take my daughter anywhere else!!!

Hi, just brought daughter for routine cleaning and check up. Went well. I thought the dental hygienist, Maddie, was thorough and so was Dr. Josh. So glad we could get in! I did think the area for cleaning and exam was a little noisy due to being an open workspace with all the chairs in one large room, but otherwise pleasant and modern.

Seaside pediatrics ratings exceed 5 stars. After traveling all day and being declined by every dentist. My daughter was in excruciating pain and wanted nothing but relief. We called in and were offered an evaluation and same day procedure. The staff was amazing, PATIENT and most importantly concerned for her overall health. I can’t thank them enough. They have a patient for life!

My son had his first ever dentist appointment today at Seaside Pediatrics, and I could not be happier with our experience! The entire staff was so welcoming and put him at ease. Hilarie, our dental hygienist, was absolutely amazing! She explained each step of what she was doing before she did it, so my son knew what to expect. She was so patient and kind. Our dentist, Dr. Matt was also wonderful! I would highly recommend!

Best pediatric dentist ever! My 8 year old twins have been going here for just over 2 years now and I cannot speak high enough praises to all the people in this office. Everyone is so kind and patient with the kids. They make going to the dentist fun! We live 16 miles from Seaside Pediatric and it is SO worth the drive for this level of care for my kiddos.
