So I went to Pearl's Family Dentistry yesterday to have them look at my teeth and see if they could help me and my teeth are really bad let them go unattended for a while and neglected them but when I say they made me feel welcome and not embarrassed to be there I was extremely happy and comfortable. I was amazed at how they treated me and how much they took care of me on my first visit they pulled 3 of my teeth that were causing me pain and the dentist and nurse I had were the best people I have ever met at a dentist office and I will be going back to get all of my work finished. Had to find a dentist for an emergency procedure. Six dentists and a periodontist turned me down. I couldn’t have been happier to find Dr. Dinh. Dr. Dinh is amazing. He will now be my new family dentist since I discovered mine retired when I needed him most.
Office staff could not have been nicer, nor his good assistant. Totally made me feel welcome and in the hands of a professional.

The best dental experience of my life. Fantastic dentist and staff. Excellent bedside manner, professional extremely thorough and knowledgeable.. Didn't feel the needle of the novacaine and only required one shot.. first time ever for both. If you are nervous , fearful or suffer from anxiety with dentists... THIS IS THE BEST. 🤗

Well my experience as a patient was fantastic they were great there however when I got the surprise bill in the mail and called billing to find out why they told me that it's not THEIR RESPONSIBILITY to tell me that they're not in network with my insurance even though I asked them in advance do they accept my insurance and they said yes!
So, while the service and care may be fantastic there I there I hate knowing that someone up front refuses to do their job appropriately and enjoys surprise billing people!

Every person working here is one of integrity. Dr. Nu has excellent bedside manner and is not over zealous when it comes to treatment plans. The staff are all very personable and knowledgeable in their field. It is evident that this office is run with the intentions of doing things the right way. Extremely clean and sanitary. Highly recommend!
